The service was friendly and fast .they even brought to us the food to the playground area where we were sitting .the food was hot and fresh we had no complaints. My family enjoyed it
Word cannot describe the angry and Frustration I have to go the through the trouble of using the app and place an order, pay for it and not get what I ordered. Furthermore, calling to express my concerns to management. Laughable, only because the phone is not answered so much so they did not even set a voicemail. How convenient?This is why for me online ordering is not the best choice?Hey this is just my experience your may be different ?
These guys have 2 lanes taking orders. Wow impressed how quickly once order taken to receive order. Barely had enough time to pull my card out of my wallet.

You know, McDonald's use to be one of my favorites. But not so much anymore. They're falling off. Depending on which one you go to & which side of town you're on. The employee's are nonchalant. Not really caring how they're preparing your food(I've watched them). I've even been given the wrong order. Really????
Menu in drive thru not working. Employee on microphone kept saying order when ready. I kept saying I can't there is no menu. I guessed she couldn't hear me so I said it louder. Lady told me that I was being rude. Went inside. Told manager. She gave me 10 percent discount.
Not really sure how this place manages to get my order wrong every time. Don’t leave the drive-thru without checking your order. They’re fast, but it’s at the cost of missing items on your order.
I usually enjoy a frappe but this one was chunks of ice that I couldnt even slurp up in a straw. I couldn't taste the flavor! The ice chips kept clogging the straw. It wasnt even a busy night. They had time to make it right. Ijs

Fast services, great employees.I always order through the app and come to pick up in store or drive through. I choose M size for tea all the time and the lady always gives me L size ?? She is so nice. Even M and L is the same $1. I love ordering M because I like the M cup. It looks cute. I appreciate all employees. They are so nice.
