The manager was very rude when we walked in and the food was very nasty nothing was good and someone came in and ask for all flats on her chicken and he did not hear here and would not give her the money back cause she did not won't the order anymore.They need someone els to be on the front I will never go there again EVER
Unfortunately, this location has went down. I visit here every time I come into town, never again will I eat here. The fish is now invisible (nothing but crust). I ordered a large family fish, the fish and fries was like rubber (may have been cooked more than once/reheated), and no hush puppies came with my order. It was horrible, the only thing my family and I enjoyed was the tartar sauce smh.
This place has the worse customer service. I go through the drive thru, I’m the only car…. It took a long time for him to come back to the loud speaker so drive to the window. The manager Tiko tells me that he isn’t allowed to take my order at the window and to drive back around to the window. He tell me that he asked me to “hold on” Poor customer service. Unprofessional for a so called “manager”
On yesterday, I gave Mason's another try. I was disappointed again. The Catfish fillets were cooked to perfection, but the taste... not sure what it tasted like. I received no condiments and a request for an onion slice was not honored. I think I will find another Fish Place. So disappointed!!!
Orders catfish blackened as well as fried. Very gummy in texture…I attempted to place in air fryer at home, Catfish was not good. Now I questioning if it was catfish or tilapia. I called immediately eight my concern. I was told to bring the food back to restaurant and was given a partial refund because I didn’t bring back 100% of each order. How is that even possible if I plated and had to taste it to learn it wasn’t prepared well.. (2) piece fillet isn’t a complete 2 piece… I returned on of the two and the entire blackened platter. The salad and fries is what we ate; fish was trashed.This is unfortunate customer service because I normally get the family size orders for my family gathering and bless other families.Lost me on this one. The inconvenience of driving with last night from a mansfield to cedar hill. Spent $29, refunded $14. No offer to prepare the meal again.
Had a wonderful experience with the young lady at the window. Very polite, corteous, and paid great attention to detail. Food was average but her service was everything. I believe her name was Sanyia.
Poor customer service at the window. The young lady with the long braids in her hair with glasses on gave me my change out the window and basically dropped it all on the grown and closed the window. Didn’t say she was sorry or anything. I had to open my door and literally pick up my money off the ground. Very poor service and no one friendly
Food is great but the service is HORRIBLE
The cashier was new and she was very good. It was also our first time there. We will be back again.
Excellent Place!!! I LOVE their Catfish & the Special is a great deal for $5.99! (2pc fillets, fries, & hush puppies).Corn nuggets are not on the menu but they do have them & I suggest you get you some! The Fried Shrimp ? Basket? Ummm....Delicious! ?Tartar sauce is OFF THE CHARTS! It's the best I've ever had!I've never tried the Chicken here but why would I when the Seafood is so AWESOME?Keep it up guys! ?? ? I'm hooked!
