He nicely refused us service 30 minutes before closing. The time on the hours on both google and the store front stated 10pm
Madison was in the store all alone today and the line was all the way to the door! She did a great job greeting each new customer and waiting on everyone quickly with a smile. Great job, Madison! You are to be commended for sure! ?
Arrived at 7:15, door was open but was told by Alex they were closed. As we were getting ready to leave another family arrived. They walked in and were served. This place discriminates and will never get my business.
Visited store Sunday afternoon 3/27/22. Stepped in & immediately stepped back out. Store smelled like sour milk. Clearly staff was not cleaning spillage. At some point "the suits" are going to figure out you can't run a service business understaffed & expect high level service. One exhausted kid cannot keep up up!!
Definitely get a shake. I had a chocolate Swiss and vanilla shake with fudge and caramel mixed in. It was sooo good. You can seriously go here 365 days in a row and have a different variety of things.
Did not update hours of operation. Closed when I arrived! An employee was in the building and wouldn’t come to the window to tell me when they open. Google says open at 11am. We arrived 2/15/22 at 11:15.
Service was great! Even with one person working which I've learned to understand it's a new thing. The guy in the afternoon on Saturday was amazing. Even my sister that visits the one in Addison said it was even better!
My friends and I visited on a Saturday afternoon. There was only one man working and he was handling it LIKE A BOSS! He was friendly and made sure to let his growing line know, he would be with you in a just a bit. I commend this young man.
After all the years, Marble Slab is still the best ice cream.
The ice cream flavors are awesome.
