Very bad! I parked in front, the open sign wasn't on so I called and asked if they were open. Yes they were open so I went in and stood inside for over 5 minutes while watching the staff in the back laughing and talking to each other. Two of the employees looked right at me but never came out front to take my order. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I JUST WALKED OUT AND SPENT MY MONEY ELSEWHERE.
I always seem to have a wait for my hot and ready pizza. Put the kids keep begging for it. So we keep returning. Decent pizzas.
First time getting the 8.00 deep dish 3 meat pizza, it was delish.

I would give 0 stars if I could. When I pay my money for a service, I expect to get what I paid for! The service and food, today was HORRIBLE!. I was the only customer at about 1:40 pm today. I ask for 2 Classic Pepperoni's and 2 garlic butter . I noticed the price was a bit more than usual but just figured prices went up. The boxes were cold when she ( the lady with a lot of blue eyeliner on) handed them to me. She kept calling me baby.(Weird) I get home ( about 3-4 miles) and our pizzas are cold ( the pepperoni was not even laying flat but cold, curled up, and hard. You could tell that they had been setting a while. To top it off there was parmesan cheese sprinkled on both of them and very little sauce and very thin crust.( Not the normal Classic Pizza) When I called to speak with a manager Edna I believe and explained the situation, she NOT ONCE apologized but only said okay repeatedly. Then told to me to call tomorrow and speak with the manager for that shift. What happened to customer service? I told her we would not be back. She could have at least apologized for their screw up. Good thing we aren't allergic to parmesan. Guess I will go to Duncanville or Grand Prairie from now on like I usually do.
So inflation hit little ceasers too. Just bought 2 extra most best pizza that only had 2/3 of toppings on pizza. I asked for another pizza they showed me 3 other pizzas made the same way. They blamed it on the oven, but it's obvious there skimping sauce and toppings.
Love that it has a drive thru. Good pizza and the price.

There was a big on my pizza with legs and wings. Looked like it had gone right through the oven.I didnt take a pic but did call back to the store to inform them. The lady was like no way had to come from your house. Her defensive nature indicated to me she knows exactly what's going on in that store
The online order placed was ready 10 min prior to the original time given at checkout.The order was correct, fresh and cooked very well; not burnt which is appreciated as the order included pizza, cheesy bread and wings.The kiosk is easy for pick up, the only other thing I'd like to see as an option is being able to pick up the online order at the drive thru window; maybe you can but it doesn't specify that at check out as it only directs you to go inside and enter your code in the kiosk.I understand this on the level of if you get stuck in the drive thru with some delay and you're only picking up an order, some people will undoubtedly complain even though you have the choice between inside pick up or being lazy (like I wanted to for my order ?) and chancing the drive thru for convenience. Overall no complaints as my order was correct and tasty. I got what I expected from LC!
