Well just came here to get a dozen original krispi kreme donuts and they tell me (ugh maybe later today) WHAT? Are you kidding me. This use to be a great location now it sucks,you can't even go inside anymore. They just need to close this location. Won't ever be back to this location!!!! WARNING!!!! People. What a waste of gas,I live 2 towns over from this horrible place.

Disappointed that I could not enter the facility. Long line of cars in drive thru. I only could order from the payment window. Drive thru speaker was not working created a line of 10 cars. Created a wait time of 25 minutes. Lastly, for a Sunday morning at 10 am the donuts and cinnamon rolls was not hot. The employees were nice, but I had to request napkins with my order.
Russia is invading Ukraine and I guess Krispy Kreme is taking time off with baking their Donuts. 20 mins ago I ordered 6 Glazed Donuts and not only are they dull, but under cooked as well. I got home and was really disappointed. My wife tried one just to see and nope...UNDERCOOKED! Thanks Krispy Kreme!
Drive through only. Drive through speaker system broken. Waited for awhile, then knocked. Still nothing. Finally came to the door. No greeting. Not friendly at all.
The staff was so friendly. The donuts are a little different. I guess the recipe changed but they were the best I've had in a while. Will stop again
Even if you refrigerate, the next day do an 8 second warm up and eat, still delicious!
WORST COFFE EVER. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee . It was white on the bottom (vanilla syrup) and then the rest was basically CLEAR soft tan colored coffee … coffee should be black. Not clear, especially when the vanilla is clearly sitting at the bottom not mixed in. I mixed it up and tried it… YUCK it was straight vanilla flavoring mixed with water. $4 for that?! It was a joke. Worst place for coffee ever, I’m sticking to Dunkin’!! Never again going to KK for coffee. Their donuts are mediocre too, unless you get them fresh in the morning. But seriously don’t waste your money or time even THINKING about getting coffee here.
Gave 2 stars for the girl working the drive thru. She looked like she had been through it.After waiting in drive thru 15 minutes got my donuts and coffee. The coffee had grounds in it and was luke warm. I know ppl hate Starbucks but that's where I usually get my coffee without grounds floating in it. The donuts were OK. Cold and over iced but were fine once I heated them in the microwave. I'm gonna support my local donut shops after the few subpar experiences I've had at this location.
Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the donuts are so good, and it's the closest one to my house, but unfortunately EVERYTIME I come to this location the staff has the most disgusting and disrespectful attitude I have ever experienced. I get that food service is frustrating, but you need to watch who you are taking your frustration out on! It's almost so bad that I would rather drive out of my way to avoid this particular location. This issue has been going on for so long that I'm almost certain that management could care less!
