Food is good and service was great. Breakfast sandwiches are good as well as the coffee. The dining area was open, it felt a little dated but it was clean.
Have us wait for ever but everyone get to order quick and didn't get my order complete
I went there and ordered 4 tacos and some oinion rings. 2 tacos were ok. 2 had very little filling. Like it was on half the taco. I understand that their tacos are cheap but when I took the 2 tacos back the guy would only day they sent to us that way. He wouldn't even offer to refund the money for the 2 uneaten tacos.Come on Jack do better.
Fast convenient food was freshly made I asked Xtra sauces drive thru server obliged without making a big deal
The worst jack in the box I’ve been to. The customer service is beyond horrible. They just throw your food out the window and on top of that they are extremely slow . I will never eat here again . Whoever the manager is needs to make sure they are hiring employees who know how to talk to customers.
Fries were hot. Burger was great. Milkshakes weren't available for some reason.
It's still good food for the price (get what you pay for) my serious complaints Is they do not give you the sauces you order so ask at window, Also the way they assemble the burgers is like they aren't even trying sometimes its hilarious in fact but annoying.

The food was okay, burger patty tasted like it was old and warmed up, onion rings not good and my coke was flat. The lobby was dirty no other customers, and mostly all the tables and floor was dirty. Told one of the two workers I saw in the back and he gave me some napkins to wipe off the tables. I said this is sad I come out to eat pay for my food and have to clean my own table. Where has quality customer service gone. We are in a sad world, no one cares about anything except tier pay checks!! The bun on the burgers was the only positive thing on the meal.
Sunday Night September 5, 2021. 9:50 pm.It sucks. Do go there at nights on weekends or holidays. The night crew there doesn't know what they are doing, or maybe just don't care. I will be call the district manager Yolanda Martinez ASAP. It was a very bad experience..
