The staff this morning was excellent! It is Mother's day and they are super busy, as expected. They let us know there would be a wait to be seated and a wait to get food. We appreciated the heads up, and chose to wait it out.As we were waiting, we observed just how incredible the staff was. Customers were being rude, complaining about anything and everything, even though they were informed just like us about the wait times. The staff took the complaining like champs . Each one with a smile on their face and a can-do attitude. The manager on duty was amazing! She has the patience of a saint! She was getting bombarded with complaining customers, and handled each one with kindness and offered solutions, or even refunds. She was doing everything she could to make the customers happy. She was also taking care of her staff to make sure they were okay as well.I'd like to give a big THANK YOU to everyone working this morning! You are all heros in my eyes! You are away from your kids and your own mothers to serve us! We saw your hard work and we appreciated it!
I travel to Dallas to celebrate my best friend 45th birthday. He wanted to go to Denney's to eat a good breakfast. So I told him that IHOP was much better. So he say I never been there, so I told him let go to IHOP and you will like it better. As soon that we got there I new that is was going to be a bad experience. We asked for a booth and they seat down at a table. Took very long to someone to take our order. After the order was made, it took again to long to get our food. We kept asking about more coffee! More cream!, more sugar! And so on. When I got my food, it was cold to the touch. I didn't want to complain because it would take longer and we had a haircut appointment already made. I continue to eat it any ways and I was getting sick of the egg smelling, smell like when eggs set out all day. So I stop eating my breakfast sampler. I starting eating my pancakes and on the second bit when I close my mouth to bit on I felt the soft chewy batter and that was it!!! I run to the restroom and through up. I was done. I pay and left. Very poor quality and care for the customer. Some one should be checking and make suring that the food go out and as fast as they are made then leaving it set until the waiters stop talking to each other and then go to check if the food is ready. Just a little upset.
Service is horrible, no one at the front to seat you. No customer service what’s so ever. Finally got seated and no one never came over to ask if we wanted something to drink. A bunch of kids just talking and playing around. Not even trying to serve you. I will definitely not give any stars if I could. Never will go there.
This place is taking up valuable space. There could be a great restaurant here I’m so sure of it, but this IHOP isn’t it! Every time I try to come to this place I leave with so much disappointment and regret for time money and emotions I can never recover. They’re always out of stuff when I’m trying to order. Wait staff is terrible and the food is mediocre at BEST. I just can’t and won’t anymore.
Absolutely delicious and are servers are always amazing how ever. The manager on duty at 1230 on Saturday who made it a point to grill her employees in front of customers for about 10 minutes. I dont go out to eat to hear that stuff especially when I considers how she was treating them was uncalled for. Especially when you get all giddy and happy because you can get on them more and make sure they know there going to received the same treatment in a meeting. Completely uncalled for and your managers need retraining and how to treat your employees around other customers you can take them to the back and do that into an office or something. A completely ruined our time and all we did was want to leave after that point and we weren't even done with our food yet.
The wait! We went on a Sunday morning and it took a little over 35 minutes, but once we got in and got seated it was smooth sailing. I enjoyed the pancakes (of course) and the big steak omelette was well received at my table. The service was great considering how busy they were. Please tip your waitress everyone ?
My order was to be ready at 9:05am, pulled up to the restaurant and there’s no curbside parking available, if I wasn’t in my night clothes I would have went in but instead I had to order some fries in order for them to acknowledge my order but still I wait another 20 minutes. If I wasn’t doing this for my dad, I would leave and call for a refund. By the time I make it home it’ll be his lunch time. I don’t care what pandemic we’re in bring my dad his food ppl!!!!
Don't order curbside, it's nonexistent. They disabled the phone so there's no one to reach when you're wondering why no one has brought your order out yet. Sat for 15 minutes waiting so decided to just go inside to pick it up & it was just sitting there. Omelette was too big. Pancakes were ok. I've had better luck with Whataburger pancakes.
I promise I Will Never go Back to the IHop off 67 & 1382 .. Food was Cold & terrible .. Waitress could have CARED LESS if we had silver ware , syurp, salt -pepper etc. NEVER Came back to see if we needed anything .. then had to wait 20 more minutes to get our check ! No wonder there was only 2 other tables waiting like us .. Rude Rude Rude
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Yes you’re busy. It’s understandable that you’d be busy during Sundays. However, hire people that actually want to be there & aren’t at the front of your business. 2 girls that were the hosts kept saying my order wasn’t ready. The cashier however went back there & brought me my order immediately. It was already a pain that you have it to where we can order for curbside, yet you’ve disabled the phones. Just overall a horrible experience. I’ll go to a different location next time.
