Management please read. I really wanted to love it, but I did not have a good 1st impression. I hope management reads and correct errors as this would be a good food option if fixed.TASTE: Good not the best but better than most in this area. I would have came back if not for the other cons of this establishment.The cons were it seemed like the same seasoning was sprinkled on everything. I ordered: shrimpdaily special meal, chicken family meal and catfish tray. I had 3 trays of food in open paper dishes. 1st bag was fries and bread with a smaller open paper dish of peppers and pickles which was spilling juice on my dry food. The 2nd was mixed chicken and the 3rd was fish, shrimp and fries with bread under all of it and of course more leaky pickles and peppers juice everywhere. My paper bags literally tore when taking out the plastic bag because of it, and food soggy in some spots. At the very bottom of bag some ketchup packages.SERVICE: Not good. I ordered online, its told me my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later and food was not ready. Not only was it not ready, the employee had to look on his watch to retrieve the order. That's not efficient nor hygienic at all! Also, customers were coming in after me ordering in store and receiving their food before me. Their response, your order with be out shortly. 15 - 20 minutes later I have my food. No point in ordering online if you are not retrieving orders from your online system timely.ACCURACY: I ordered the daily special of shrimp. Online it says includes fries and a drink. But no drink was giving to me. When inquiring, employee says "non of our meals come with drinks". Ok but right here online it says includes drink. Employee says "that must be an error". And that's it. Ok so if I order something I expect to get what's advertised.I'm not sure if I received 3 orders of fries as I had 1 seperate tray of fries and 1 with the fish & shrimp, which were 2 seperate meals.OVERALL: I wish them the best but I won't return unless I see under new management or staff. I do expect more when paying a higher cost for food. I pay more to get better service as most people do.

Terrible customer service. Turned away 1 hohr before the business closed. And was told by the lady that they were not cooking anymore food although they still had 1 hour left before closing. They did not even attempt to help. I wonder if owner knows how they treated the customers who live in the neighborhood and support them.
Fluffy’s is the best chicken establishment in Cedar Hill. The service is good and the chicken is worth the drive. I wish the parking lot was bigger but other than that they have the best chicken in town. Plus I love the seasoning they put on there food.
Great customer service but the wait is extremely long…got the 6 piece catfish fillet meal but it was NOT catfish seasoned good but definitely swai. If you don’t mind swai, you get a good amount and big pieces
Staff was super cool and hilarious. Even brought order out to car. Food was flavorful but a little greasy and breast slightly undercooked. Will give another try simply because of staff and may have caught cook on an off night. Good service goes a long way.
I just tried Fluffy’s Chicken and Fish for the first time, and it is GOOD!!! I’m from NOLA and I grew up on seafood. But, it’s very difficult to find that NOLA flavor in Cowboy country, so to speak.Several friends had been talking about Fluffy’s fish, but being honest, the name seemed very generic, like just another fast food restaurant, trying to come up. So, I was not interested in wasting my money. However, I had been craving fish for some time now, and I was still hearing “Fluffy’s” ringing in my ear. Today I decided to give them a try, and yes, Fluffy’s is very GOOD!! Its fried fresh and seasoned just right! It’s not NOLA seafood, but they’re definitely in the race! In fact, I would venture to say, I would prefer Fluffy’s over Pappadeaux’s and Razzoos!! The price will make you do a side-eye. But the flavor, will bring you back, again and again! Also, the customer service was very nice. The young man explain their menu, pricing, and a little bit about their history, which was pretty interesting.So, if you’re wanting some fresh, hot, we’ll seasoned fish, give Fluffy’s in Cedar Hill a try. And, like me, if you like it, give them a review, they’ve earned it.

Fish and Shrimp are a meal that is not only fried right but the shrimp are a nice size, fish fresh and ready without an extended waiting period. Enjoyed the meals I have bought there. If you want fresh foods, fixed to order you will enjoy.
Tried out for first time ordered fillet and four shrimp combo. First problem was price was almost 17.00 for that. Second they could've kept tha fries they we're drenched with grease not even eatable and shrimp we're completely overcooked. They we're rubbery fish was ok for tha most of it. Wouldn't recommend again unsatisfactory to support black buisness what bothers me is we want all support from our brothers and sisters and we constantly make these mistakes and when brung to there attention nothings done to correct it. Being more hands on would help a lot
