To top this off the person taking my order was chewing while holding her hand over her mouth prompting me to ask her if she needed to finish eating. I hadn't gone there in a while so I couldn't wait. What a disasterUpdate: Received call from Byron store manager. He apologized and asked me to come back in so he could make it right. I did and it was better this time.
I love five guys fries but this location always makes them soggy and undercooked. I don’t usually review but this was the 3rd time I went and their fries were gross. This location is a no go. ? they seemBored and inattentive
The food is good but the service was incredibly slow. With only one person in line ahead of me it was almost 10 minutes after walking in before my order was taken. The young lady taking orders had to be coaxed out of the back by her coworkers and then continued to engage with her phone while customers continued to wait to place their orders.
The food is very good and the service is very good (very nice people) but the prices are outrageous. Me and my wife came here and the bill was $42 for two burgers and 2 small fries. Will not go back to 5 guys until they drop the prices - a LOT
We order five guys for takeout about once a month and no matter what day it is what time it is lately all that we ever get is mistake with the order I have to wait 10 minutes for them to make the fries while my burgers get cold and the employees are surly rude and really do not want to be there obviously. Management needs to do better and increase morale because obviously the culture in this location is really bad. I don't think we'll be able to come back here anymore
One of the best burgers I've had.... on the contrary I was very disappointed with the staff at this location very unprofessional. After placing my order I had to wait almost 25 min, when ask the lady, she went and asked, they were finishing up another one and mine was on the side...new staff needed I would say
I ordered a bacon cheese burger.... With extra bacon. One and a half slices is that I got. If this is extra bacon I won't go to this place again.
OMG!!! If you're looking for a HOMESTYLE BURGER this is it! The prices are worth it...so don't hesitate when you see the Menu. The burgers are juicy, vegetables are fresh, buns are soft. The fries ?? are fresh cut. ??
First time visit at 5 guys , ordered 1 double bacon cheeseburger 1 large fries ,and 2 large drinks this was to be shared wife and I , recieved food as ordered burger was fresh , fries were tasty and PLENTY for sure ,,, I give this place 3 stars for 2 reasons. 1. It's hard to justify almost $27 for this type of food , it's good but not $27 good2. Store was a little dirty inside , had to clean our own table and almost all condiments emptyIn the end we left full and happy, it was just a little pricey for something I can do better at home
It is the Best Fast Food Burger. It is expensive however. The staff is friendly.
