There is only 1 guy in there working! Despite his can do attitude with a smile. @Dominos, this is just wrong! You haven't been able to deliver since covid.. as where other places actually can now. It's 1835 in the evening with one person working.. forget the long wait.. its not safe. If you need to shut the place down and re staff it then do so! Kudos to the only guy working.. most workers probably would have walked out.. FIGURE IT OUT DOMINO'S !
I go to the Cedar Hill Dominoes about 3 times a month. The food is always good. The employees are always courteous. I use their APP. The tracker works great. Highly recommend.
They will make a good pizza but they might miss any special instructions... just FYIMaybe Domino's should start printing larger font for any special instructions so it's easier to see.
Today my favorite pizza chain deserves ZERO stars. My plan was to provide my baby's daycare (home environment) with pizza. Wanting the pizza to be fresh and hot I pulled up at 10:30 which is the time they're due to open. NO one is there. I sit and wait and at 10:45 a young man gets out of a truck and unlocks the door, going in.i wait a few minutes and call the store, it transfers to the call center I'm assuming. I'm calling from 2 different phones. A young lady takes my order then says she's having technical problems and she's sending my call to the store. I'm looking at him. He's working but dares to not answer the phone. So I hang up after several rings. I call back to the store again and eventually it rolls over to what I think is the call center again. This time a lady places the order and gives me an order number and says it'll be ready in 20 minutes. By now the young man answers FINALLY on my other line that's been holding over 30 minutes. I explain to him that I placed an order and was told it'll be ready in 20 minutes. He says "I don't know why she told you that it's going to be an hour because I have orders I'm already working on." I proceed to ask if it really will take that long. He says "she isn't here and can't tell you how long it'll take. And ma'am if you get off the phone I can maybe get it done a little sooner." Rude AF! Domino's may have lost my business. And it's sad because I only order from here!
Very good! I was finally able to get one, they have been very short staffed. I ordered about 45 minutes in advanced and picked up, It was ready and delish
The people that work here clearly can't read and then want to blame you for their shortcomings. They got our order wrong by putting 8 toppings on a one topping pizza. On top of that Thomas the manager was extremely rude claiming the issue was "not his problem" and said to call a national call center, washing his hands of the situation. This is definitely the worst Domino's I've dealt with.
The absolute worst ..don't try to call.dont try to order online hell don't try to walk in an place an order.. don't know if it's thr owner, manangent or the workers .. I don't get their pizza often but when I do..I still don't get it because one of those things above happen.
Made a online order for quite a bit of food because I had hungry teenagers and we waited two hours just to be told it was cancelled by the store and I used a promo code that I can't get back. Bad Business Domino's bad business.
We order pizza at least 4 times a month. My kids love the flavor of dominos but the service here is always horrible. They never answer the phone. This place needs new management.
This is the worst location is Dallas. The server is terrible. They don’t answer the phone. They will let it ring or they will pick up and immediately hang up. They have a history of messing up orders. This location has been a mess for over 5 years and I’m surprised they’re still open. We avoid ordering here and just go to Pizza Hut but we wanted to give this location another chance. They carelessly messed up our order twice!! If my husband hasn’t gone back in the store they would have given us the wrong pizza twice! They refuse to compensate Us as well. This is my last straw with this location. DO NOT EAT HERE!!
