The staff on 3/13/2022 night time (8pm or so) were really nice and attentive. The lady greeted us and was sweet. Initially there wasn’t a lot of pizzas, but they started to put out more in a reasonable amount of time. (More and more people started coming in) One thing though a lot of the tables were dirty, it wasn’t until we sat down until someone was going around cleaning the tables. They did a great job cleaning the tables but maybe when it’s busy there should be two people cleaning. Can’t really complain about the pizza. It’s cheap, good, and I leave full.
The establishment is pretty dirty. I’d say the dirtiest Cicis I’ve ever gone to at that. The buffet was half empty, what was already there was old and stale, and the workers weren’t moving fast enough to fulfill the demand of people they had in there.
I would have to say no stars. I brought my family on yesterday around 9pm after looking to see how long the place will stay open. Online it stated the place stay open till 10p. So, I was like cool. I have a hr. When, I walked in the door with family of 8 and friends there wasn't nobody at the front to greet us and the manager came to front and states you can order to go due to we will be closing in about 5 minutes. I'm looking at him like it says online you stay open till 10p. I WILL NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN AND WILL NOT GET MY SERVICE. HOW CAN YOU CLOSED IN 5 MINUTES AND I SEE PEOPLE STILL EATING IN THE DINING AREA?
Multiple occasions, disrespectful workers, including management. Slow responses. Dismissive attitudes. One actually flicked me away with a backhanded swipe like he was done with me, because he didnt want to work anymore. Whatever it is, they can have it.
HOURS OF OPERATION NEEDS TO BE EDITED!!!?OR AT LEAST POSTED ON THE STORE!!!?Walked into this location at 8:50 p.m. (Not knowing buffet closed at 9) with my family of 5. We order buffet for 2 adults 3 kids, no one says anything about them closing at 9p.m. We pay $38+ thinking we have about an hr. (Bc 10 p.m. is posted everywhere ONLINE)Absolutely not!If we would have bn aware of them closing. Common sense, I would have saved $10/15 and ordered MORE AND FRESH PIZZA.What looked like the manager refused to make us a fresh pizza! Told me that I had to go to front counter to ORDER/PAY for pizza TO-Go.
Good and very cheap pizza. Has pizza buffet. Jalapeno poppers you must try. This particular location has doesnt feel comfortable as others. Cashier has a great service. Also there are some games for kids. Buffett (all you can eat) cost $6.99 per adult and like 3.99 per kid ( doesn't include drinks)
Think they needed more ppl my bbq pizza was off on Halloween and a lot of the tables was dirty we got a clean one.... Also the cinnamon were off... But the other pizzas was better than any other locations
Looks a bit abandoned but you can have a nice - quiet lunch now. Good pizza!
Place was empty so quick through the line. The staff didn't appear as ethuastic to help you or take a pizza order. But overall place was clean and food was decent
Will never go here again literally every table was dirty , there were only 2 pizzas on buffet and waa out of pasta employees including manager was just in back bsing around whoever runs this location should be ashamed and honestly fired
