The WORST one. ALWAYS dirty and ALWAYS "running out" of several food options more than 4 hours before they close. Literally deserves a 0 all the way around. New management and MORE workers are needed!!On this trip - things I had to ask for..1. To clean up the dining areas. Inside & out. I mean, it's visibly nasty. Tables & floor filthy.2. Rice was welllll overcooked and mushy (the lady also agreed. Went to get more and that too was mushy)3. There was no ice. And the malfunctioning machine you have to PULL instead of push which means EVERYONES fingers will be INSIDE OF THE ICE DISPENSER! Unsanitary!!4. Napkins, lids and utensils were all OUT. Had to ask for those. They were brought out 10 mins later.5. Bathroom.... dirty too. After being in line for over 40 unnecessary mins, the cashier told the lady to make a order that was processed just 10 mins ago, before mine?! People started ordering while IN the line & getting their food before everyone else lol. Also they tend to touch the food after working the register withOUT putting on gloves. This location S U C K S!!!Edit - While making this post lol - the lady yelled to a very long line, "WE'RE OUT OF GUACAMOLE!" Smh

I have never seen so many people doing nothing.. 2 people out of 8 working. The others.. I have never seen such a huge lack of wanting to work in my life! Been watching a guy in the back listening to music making guac for 20 min. Lol him and his buddy back there listening to music having a good time. Manager working now may 7 1230 needs to be fired. They aren’t doing s**t. Not helping the line. Customers are backed up out the door.... this use to be a great location. Won’t come back. Just like the Waxahachie location. Tables dirty af.. lemonade ?? What a total s**t show!

This place is garbage. Slow, dirty, and careless. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s never worth it. I placed an online order today as I usually do. It was supposed to be ready at 1:30pm, but knowing this location I arrived at 1:40pm. Still no order on the shelf. I waited twenty minutes and still no order. I went up to the counter to ask about my order and had to wait even more just to get anybody’s attention. When I finally asked about my order, the lady grabbed it from their counter and said “we’ve been waiting for you.” Are you kidding me? I asked why my order was not on the shelf and she said they’re not putting orders on the shelf anymore due to people stealing them. So why is there no sign alerting customers of this? Why is there no notice? Why is there no announcement? How was I supposed to know I was waiting on an order that would never come out? I try to be patient with this place but today was the last straw. I’m never eating here again.

I always want to eat at chipotle as this area doesn’t have much mid $ choices that are fast but good quality and this location lets me down every time. I had to put a warning in my phone to remind me not to eat there because I regret it each time. They are always out of something and what they have just doesn’t taste as good as other places. It’s so odd, but I have been tricked too many times by this location…and this was even before pandemic.

Wish I could give ZERO stars! Placed an online order to be ready at 5:10. Arrived at 5:14 and it was not on the Online Order shelf. I waited and then at 5:20 went to inquire about my order. I was told they were waiting on chicken. Ok. I figured it would be about 5-8 more minutes. While waiting, more people came in for online orders that were not ready. The crew kept calling out for different items on the line to be refilled to no avail. This was probably occurring because three employees were sitting at tables talking. I am assuming one of them was the manager because she kept unprofessionally yelling out orders to the employees across the restaurant and rolling her eyes at them. After watching people who had ordered AFTER me get their food, I went to stand in line to get mine. Finally, I received my food at 5:46- a full 36 MINUTES after it was promised to be ready. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!! To add insult to injury, my tacos were cold, light on filling, and missing my fajita vegetables. I should have taken them back, but I didn’t want to wait another half-hour. I am done with this location. It is poorly ran and managed. I do not fault the hard-working employees trying to do their best under stressful circumstances. Their so-called manager should be ashamed to be in charge. She should have stepped in and helped her crew and at least offer an apology and a free beverage while we waited. I regret trying to give this location another chance. I will not make that mistake again. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

I always try to give this place the benefit of the doubt because I really enjoy chipotle. I’ve ordered directly at the store also DoorDash and there’s always a problem presentation is horrible food is cold, today I found avocado skin in the guacamole how hard is it to make a chipotle bowl also guacamole. 02/21/22 ridiculous if the people there hate their job just quit life is too short at this point this establishment doesn’t even deserve to serve Cedar Hill… I’m not sure if this is a franchise establishment or if its corporate running but they really need to get there people on check.I’ll continue to order in Mansfield service is 10 times better

The first person was very not there. He half did everything, couldnt hear him and he tried to use the very last of the bins on my order, while they were replacing the items. Can I get something fresh too?Place is a mess, even for a chipotle. There was one lady that was very nice and hospitable.

This was a pick up order, Not even a full serving and steak was burnt, beans were dried. Cedar Hill location is not what it use to be.

Evidently they are out of chicken or ate it themselves since it is difficult to check for take out. Last time customer. Yall consider this when you have a choice for lunch/ dinner.

You know, I come here at least once or twice a week. I have to say the service is pretty below par. The food is fine, but if you come and they are busy, nobody will say hello, nobody will say will be right with you or anything like that. They just keep working right in front of you say absolutely nothing and nearly everybody in the front at least has an attitude as if they don’t care that they are there. The wait times are much longer than other chipotles I have been to. Honestly I would recommend going to the Duncanville one over this store. It’s right down the street and the kids there are nice
