We had a busy day and night and didn’t realize until after 9:00 pm we hadn’t had dinner. We decided to go to Chili’s in Cedar Hill, TX. From the moment we showed up the service was exceptional. From the hostess, our waiter C4, GM Racheal, the team that delivered our food, everyone was amazing! Everyone was courteous, professional, customer service oriented. At times like this where the majority of businesses are short staffed and doing what needs to be done to make it work is something that should not go unnoticeable. This team did an AMAZING, Collectively job. Keep up all the good work team!!!

We went in on a Saturday night with a party of four. Our wait time was 45 minutes. We got seated and it didn't take long for our waiter to come take our order. C4, our waiter, was prompt and very cheerful. I believe he was the only waiter working the bar area that night. He took our order and we waited almost an hour for our soups to come out. When C4 passed by the table to check on us he noticed that we hadn't received any food and went to check on it for us. Shortly after the soups came out and about ten minutes later our main course came out as well. I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos. Everything on my plate was cold. I told C4 but told him I would keep it cause I was just going to take it home and eat it later anyway.My reason for the 3 stars is because we sat next to where the to go orders were picked up and the service over there was just as slow as ours. And people kept coming back because the order was missing things are just not made right. But when you looked in the kitchen you can see the workers on their phones or just talking amongst each other. We asked the manager if they were short staffed that night and she replied no. They just didn't want to work

Had to wait for a table and 4 parties went in before us and when we were called after waiting 45 min i told the girl why the other parties got seated before us and she said because their family works here that’s BS . So we left !

We stopped at this chili’s while on vacation. We were estimated a 10-15 minute wait at 5:30pm on a Friday and they had us seated in about 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and food was made and served promptly. They brought our 2yr old’s food first which was great! But the corn was hot and she started screaming. Two wait staff stopped to see if they could help and offered to bring her some oranges she could eat right away. They didn’t charge us for them and it made our daughter very happy. You could just tell that management at this location set a tone for exceptional service. Best restaurant experience in a long time! Thank you!

On 3/13/2022, I visited the location in Cedar Hill, TX. After a long day of running errands, I did not want to cook. I had visited the location several times before; however, on this particular evening I placed my order. Approximately 15 minutes later the young lady came out to take my payment. While I was waiting, several cars came and went. The same young lady who had taken my payment delivered orders to various cars. So, I called into the location and was informed that the staffing was very limited. I was then asked if you could just come in and pick up my order. I informed the person on the phone that I had problems walking (due to bad knees); which is the reason I ordered "curbside pickup!" I was able to ask the young lady as she brought an order to the car next to mine, if she could check on my order. She answered, "Yes, I will." I continued to wait. I arrived at the restaurant around 5:35 and the "promised time" of my order was 5:55pm. I finally received my order at 7:05. When the young lady brought my order out, she said it was held up because someone had placed in the computer...(Here...NOT PAID)! I was so angry. My order consisted of - Ribeye Steak and Cheesecake. Needless to say, I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the service I received. Thank you.

service from having to wait even when our table was supposed to be ready. Had to wait forever for drinks. we had to flag down another member of wait staff to take our order after about 15 minute wait. Service was terrible

Chilis use to b my FAVORITE go to place, BUT ever since this pandemic, NOT ONLY them other restaurants have went downhill in service. I have NEVER had a bad experience w/my favorite dish: the southwest eggrolls OMGosh! I have tried to get EVERY manager at EVERY Chilis to sell me a case, lol! Chili’s is STILL my #1 pick, simple because of those. If u can relate, u’ll DEFINITELY understand what I mean ??

Food was very good. I haven't been to a Chili's in such a long time. Waitress did her best while tending to a large section. Food came prompt and hot.

There was no wait at this location. True enough it was a Wednesday night. The service was acceptable. I ordered a new menu item which was not as I had expected. The waiter(Terrace) was quick to meet my expectations by customizing my order to my liking! I would recommend you all give this location a try! Ask for Terrance!

I ordered online.. I paid when they brought the card machine. As I find got my food, and I'm driving off they stop me to tell me it appeared to have not gone through. They swipe my card again. I checked ✔️ and it went through both times. I called the manager and she assured me she would get back to me after dinner rush. She never did. What the heck I got charged 2wice. I ended up calling my bank.. and my food was cold
