Ordered fish & chicken breast, got home had 2 fish dinners. I called & talked to Rai, went back 3 days later got fish & chicken breast, minus 1 breast & 2 pies. We were satisfied. Thank you Rai & your team, blessings to you all.

I have NEVER made a review before, but this was the WORST and RUDEST service I have ever had. I have never been talked to with such attitude anywhere before. Asked for ranch and got an eye roll with no comment and closed the window. Awful awful service. Attitude from the line up to the window.

I haven't been to Chicken Express in a while and this location has excellent service. I picked up a family meal on Sunday and everything was perfect except a side was missing, but the manager Tony took care of me and he was really kind. Top notch team, will be back!

I’ve been coming to this location since high school. The customer service has definitely tanked since it’s changed ownership. I went through the drive thru today to place an order. The girl taking my order was very slow. They didn’t have an item I wanted to order so I changed that part of my order, no problem. When the worker asked me what I’d like to drink, I told her a strawberry soda. Every chicken express I’ve ever been to has strawberry soda, including this one. The worker rudely tells me they don’t have it and that all the drinks are listed on the bottom of the menu. I can read. It’s never been on the menu that I know, but they’ve always had it. Anyway, there’s a more polite way to speak to a paying customer. I cancelled my order and left. I won’t be back.

My BESTFRIEND waited in line for 45 mins only to get some hard tenders for our family. We called back the customer service we received from the manger was HORRIBLE. Im not sure how he’s made it this far but the leadership of this store most definitely need to be changed. It’s so many children working they are lost and confused, I’m not a complainer I absolutely believe in giving someone grace but the way this situation was handled totally unacceptable.I really hope you guys see this and change something looking at the other reviews this comment isn’t new so I really hope you change something.

This will be my absolute last time spending money at this location. Cedarhill chicken express has failed me numerous of times, but this time they downright ROBBED me. Last night I ordered two 7 piece chicken strip meal’s and a three breast meal. Instead I got two 4 piece chicken meals, with two rock hard burnt biscuits, and I’m not exaggerating the type a biscuit you can throw it against the wall and it would not break. The fact that they would even serve that to me as a loyal customer is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful this is the second time this has happened to me in the past month and it will be the last. The three breast mills were absolutely cold to the touch. I used to work in a similar chicken Place and there is a time limit that you can have the food to be served without making a new batch and trashing the old, I could tell for a fact that that was an old batch that should’ve been thrown away hours ago. I will make sure to tell everyone I know and my family members who eat their regularly, Who eat there more than twice a week to not go to this location again. We are better off going to the new raising cane‘s that will never serve cold hard food. What makes all of this even worse and what made me come make a review, is the fact that I could not get anyone at all to answer the phone to fix this for me. I called for the next hour or two until they closed. Still never received one answer. Despite their live hourly sales online saying they were slow. Instead of me splitting our two 7piece meals with our kiddos, I did as any mother would, and gave my babies the food I went to bed hungry because I was not able to get back out and confront them about this and no one answered the phone. Someone from corporate really needs to evaluate the stores business I have looked at the reviews on here and it is ridiculous how unsatisfied our community is with the store. At this point for them to up their pricing is absolutely ridiculous for lower service. What is their business,? Is it to serve as high-quality meals like their website says, or is it just to rob us of our money. Someone needs to reach out and make this right I am very upset and disappointed!

Well, my experience with this restaurant is a little different. Mine has to do with training the window staff and money. I visited this location about 3 weeks ago. When I drove to the window, I was given my order; however, my change was not given to me. When I inquired about my change, the young man became totally confused and had to call 2 more workers over to assist. After the 3 of them brainstormed how much my change would be…(believe it or not), I was given the exact amount as my ENTIRE order! . So, being the honest person I am, I asked to see the manager. It took awhile for the young man (manager) to come to the window. I started by saying, “I don’t want to get the young man working the window in trouble; however, he could certainly use some additional training. Who knows how much $$ this location has lost. So, I explained the situation to the manager. My change should have been around $1.36; however, I was given $24 and some change. I could have driven away; but, my conscience would not allow me to. I felt sorry for the window clerk. After the manger heard my story, he thanked me, gave me the correct change and said, “I will take care of you on your next visit.” But, he never asked my name or got ANY information from me. Not every customer would have been so honest! PLEASE adequately train these young workers!!!?

We went around 1pm today (10/23/2021) We ordered livers and gizzards. He informed us it would be a wait. It was exceptional long but the customer service was the worst I think I have ever received. I understand they are young but to not smile, or say Thank you, or Welcome to Chicken Express. He just looked until we stated our order. We were like OK. When the kid brought our food out. I asked him did he put my hot sauce and ketchup in the bag. He said Yes ma'am. I immediately went thru the bag, no ketchup or hot sauce. I drove back around to the window. I stated, I didn't receive my ketchup and hot sauce. No response just handed it out the window. Young people, everyone is hiring if you do not like your job, quit and find something you are happy with.

Went there the other evening through drive thru, while attempting to order my food I was constantly rushed to order my food mind you I was only in line for maybe a minute or two. There were literally no other cars so I didn't understand the rush. After telling the person who takes the order several times that I'm still looking she continued to keep rushing me. After placing my order the lady asked with an attitude what sides I wanted. At that point I didn't feel safe eating food with someone like that handling my food. You hear stories like that all the time about people spitting, dropping your food, etc.... I left and took my business elsewhere.

I appreciate the speediness but how is it that I’ve come here twice this month and both times I was told there are no apple pies? Take it off your menu if you’re never going to have any.
