This location is consistently good, one of the best.I was never a fan of this chain, those long lines alwaysKept me from going, then the menu is so limited to chicken. But don't be afraid of the rush, this chain does all the right things. In the end its rhe cheapest place to eat the best chicken sandwich.
Ordered two market salads with no blue cheese. I have driven thru this franchise for at least two years with no issues. However, I get home with my order only to find that both salads had blue cheese. Only then did I pull that sack out of the garbage. Apparently someone did not relay the order correctly. I hate blue cheese and never eat it. $20 down the drain. Going to try a different restaurant next time. Extremely disappointed.
I will never eat at this place again horrible experience I usually go yo the on on Wheatland Rd so my door dasher went to this location Cedar Hill,Tx everything that I told them not to put on my sandwich they put it on there anyway I received a soggy sandwich with condiments that I didn't even ask for and even the lemonade was terrible.
I’m so thankful for this place. I love it love it. The only drawback to this place is the same at any location and that’s EveryOne loves it here but these employees keep it pushing and keep the service and food good. Even when I see customers try to hold up the line and make things difficult the employees handle it so well! Great job Chick-Fil-A!
My bragging days are over for Chick-fil-A. These fries were hard as a rock. This is the second time my order was horrible. The first time I said oh well first time for everything not this time though. I am upset and not returning.
I have always had a good experience at this Chick-fil-A. I always do the Drive-thru. Persons taking order are always cordial, friendly, ready to do their work.Even though the lines are long, there is no long wait time. GOOD INFRASTRUCTURE; BEST LOGISTICS. They keep it Moving.Delivery was on point also, when I was in a neighborhood that did Delivery.
This Chick-fil-A location used to be good, but recently the service has gone downhill. Like other reviews have stated, CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. On 2 different occasions they have forgot to include something in my order. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. WRONG. Last time it was a sandwich, today it was a second order of fries. Save yourself from disappointment and go to another location.
First let me say, I very much enjoy Chick Fil A’s food. That said I generally don’t frequent this location very often because 1. It’s out of the way of my general travel and just too far out of my way.2. I’ve been shorted food orders on previously in the past and had been not worthwhile to go back for.That said I have never made an issue of short orders before, until this time. Just too much of an on going deficiency to ignore. Have to see how store management remedies.
Always check your order! They will give half order of bad fries! Then no condiments even if you ask for them. Slow their line down because the quality control is not up to par! Two orders of fries dumped together barely make one order plus all pieces no whole fries plus cold! Just to move u along! Also other Chic Fila i have Rated have responded to me. This franchise won’t read this review or respond! In CH we have 14 choices for chicken… avoid this place!
Chick-fil-A in Cedar Hills exemplifies what Customer Service should look like. Totally organized and expeditious. The staff is mannerable and professional! Keep doing what you are doing!! Tops on my list!!
