I walked inside at 9:50 and was told the lobby was closed. Looked around and saw a bunch of teenagers just hanging around one was literally laying down. Drove around to the drive thru and was told no ice cream, no donuts, and that I could only get coffee. Just horrible.
Out of flavors and didn’t want to be bothered to make waffle cones .. customer service is not taught at this store apparently
We waited in line for 1 order of hashbrowns, 2 doughnuts, & 2 lattès for 15min, just to be told the lattè machine didn't steam. Horrible service & food. We would've taken the food back but we were on a time constraint & had already wasted almost 20min. Also, some of the employees need an attitude adjustment. Our order was taken by an employee with a "hurry up" tone.
I stopped coming to this location years ago because they were ALWAYS out of ice cream. Well tonight, I decided to go because my yogurt spot closed early. To my surprise, they are still struggling to keep ice cream in stock. My beat friend wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because a lot of companies have dealt with shortages due to Covid. I told her, this place is the one exception. It's why I stopped coming years ago and after tonight, I'll never step foot there again.
The night team was completely rude. The guys were on their phones and talking to each other and the girl had way too much attitude. I know stores are short staffed but at least have some leadership in that place.
Do yourself a favor and go to the next nearest baskin robbins. This location is a joke. They are literally out of everything everytime you go there. I literally have to ask them "What do yall have today" because every thing I try to order they say they are out. Nothing but teenagers work here they do not care and are very rude. Never again.

They don't answer their phone, they rarely have menu items, often dirty and service is horrid. How does corprate allow this??
The people working in there very nice and friendly and the donuts and. Coffee was excellent.
I totally understand the staffing problem that has all restaurants struggling, but the manager/owner really needs to be in this store and take control. I hate to give bad reviews but just cannot overlook my experience today. I was greeted and immediately served by a very nice young lady and had no problems. But after a few minutes, my 5 year old decided she didn’t like her choice so we got into the line again and there was only one lady ahead of us. She had been standing there for at least 20 minutes and no one had acknowledged her because the young lady that helped me was waiting on some other (quite needy) customers. For some reason, she had been in line ahead of the other customers but wasn’t waited on before them. Long story short, she was upset by the time she was acknowledged, and asked for a manager. The young lady that finally came to wait on her (NOT the nice one that waited on me) was SO rude and condescending in her “apology” and it got heated. I am not one to get involved in other’s disputes, but because my granddaughter was adamant about getting her ice cream, I stayed for a few minutes of awkward ranting back and forth. I truly feel sorry for the management and workers in the service industry but as I witnessed the rudeness of this person, I had to stand up for the customer. Customer service is clearly not important to management here. If the manager/owner cares, he/she will respond to these bad reviews. I welcome a private message if management needs more information. I can say if I were the manager, I would never tolerate that kind of behavior from an employee.
