The food was pretty typical for an American chain. What killed me for this location was the service. The server couldn’t remember anything, took her notes on her hand and then couldn’t read them so she’d have to come back and check it. She’d forget to refill our drinks. The manager stood by our booth so he could watch a basketball game. When he wasn’t on the floor he was kickin’ it with other non-busy servers towards the back. Background music was meh. And after all this, they were all too quick to bring the check. Would not recommend.
Wish I could rate it 0 stars.went for drinks last night sat for 45 minutes just to put a drink order in.everyone else was served drinks,appetizers and food before anyone even came to the table to take our drink orders. Waited another 20 minutes for the drinks to come and got nothing, all while all 4 waitresses were sitting at a table talking we tried to get their attention the whole time and they would just ignore us. We've never been to that location before and will never go back. We sat down and the table was stick (wasn't just cleaned) and smelled dirty in the whole place. We said something about the table being dirty and they said they would be right back just like with the drinks and appetizers.APPLEBEE'S HAS RAT'S
Dissatisfied with todays order.We placed an order for pickup tonight and the food is usually good but today it was a fail.Didn’t get utensils we asked for and did order 3 mozzarella sticks and we didn’t get any marinara sauce. At pickup I asked waitress if the sauce was in there, she looked at my receipt and said “yea it’s there”.Came home and no sauce. Cheese sticks were old and hard.In the order was spinach and artichoke dip with chips… dip was literally full of artichokes and chips were stale. When id dip the chip it would hit nothing but artichoke.Very disappointed with the order today.I know they’re busy but we are still paying customers and deserve good quality fresh food like those that are eating in.
Nawna - great server with incredible personality.The food and female manager were yucky..Besides us there were 4 other women with explosive bathroom issues.The ribs made me sick and my daughter and son in law each had a $14. Salad with crispy chicken crumbs and it wasn't $1.00 worth and almost no lettuce. The manager didn't even offer another meal. And no alchohol was served as no bartender. Absolutely yuck!
Usually this is my favorite location however today restaurant virtually empty and yet spent 10 min waiting to be seated. Decided to self seat in the bar area where I encountered the manager of which showed zero acknowledgment. My party and I sat another 10 minutes without anyone saying anything. Again the restaurant was Empty. This particular manager is not very welcoming at all. She acts as if she would rather the restaurant stay empty. This location has increased in the lack of services since the last manager (Tracey left. If I go back it will definitely be another location. Manager is not worth the further effort and I am paying as well.
Had a great experience. After a horrible experience all evening finding a place for our family after daughter's basketball game. We walked in they said it with a 20 minute wait. They seated us very good customer service. Let us know they were short staffed and they still took care of us . Had a great experience was there Sunday evening with our family of 6. Forgot our waiter name but he was dark-skinned gentleman and very pleasant. We were at the table across from the bar but diagonal from the hostess station.
Food was just okay. Nachos didn't have enough cheese. There was only cheese on the top layer. The fried cheese curds were extremely salt. It was unpleasant. Cesaer salad was edible. Not bad. The blonde came out before my meal. It was pretty good but hardened as it cooled off. I'm assuming it was bought from a third party and warmed up by Applebee's. I gave 3 stars because I think my expectations are higher than most since I usually eat at places where everything is made from scratch. Nevertheless, it's Def a place for a cheap meal that's average.
Brandi is by far the best bartender this location has ever had. She can really run the entire restaurant. As long as she's there we'll keep coming and promoting.

Food was good. The server was very pleasant.Overall service was slow. I ordered a drink. It took forever to get. I was told they gave it to another table. Took a while to get the check and then to get my card back. The restaurant was not busy, but the football was blasting on the tv
