I loved it here! Food was hot and fresh, service was timely, everyone was diligently working. Some ubereats worker was giving the staff grief about the fact that he had to fill up his own fountain drink for his order. I felt so bad for the staff as be berated them for enforcing set rules. Even guests fill up their own drinks, under no circumstances do I see a guest getting their drink filled.
Can you guys stop making delivery drivers fill out the drinks? That's not only unethical (because it's not our job), it's also against the law (need a food license to handle drinks) and it's unsanitary even if you take covid out the equation. To top it off, these guys tell us to fill up the drinks as if we work for them. We don't. Get your act together.
This wingstop always has orders ready before they’re scheduled to be picked up! I’ve never had any issues with my orders or with placing an order.
I have decided to stop eating wingstop. According to the inspector I talked to, the food is place on trays in the morning. Left out all day at room temperature until cooked and sold. Hmmm. Not tasty
I originally had written a bad review on my other google account but larmont (i think that’s how you spell it) went out of his way, twice that I just had to give this guy some props!!! The quality of his service was outstanding! He is a prime example of what customer service should look like. Fantastic job!!!
Great customer service, the lady with the clear glasses that works the register and the guy that works with the register are really nice sorry I didn’t the names.
Love the Fries! Addictive! Tried the fried thighs this trip and actually like them better than the wings because they are meatier. My fave flavor is garlic parmesan. Call ahead to place order as they are cooked fresh for your order. This store has friendly employees and up front close parking.
I called in my food 20 mins before I went to pick it up only to sit there almost 20 mins additional waiting on my food. I had so much grease sitting at bottom, I could have cure ashiness.
bad service I wanted to order the guy made me wait 10 minutes and there was a line the visa machine wasn’t working and they charged me 25 dollars without me getting anything the staff said come after 5 minutes it’s not working won’t come there again won’t ever order from wing stop again
The ambience wasn't great. I don't think i want to eat in hear again. Takeout from now on.
