food is fresh made to order, i like the chicken wings they have crunchy crust. yummy crinkle fries! i dont know why there are bad reviews they must be crazy

Rude staff. Purposely threw water inside my food bag. Unacceptable. This was at 9:10pm, June 24th. I have video of him doing it. Younger Hispanic working the drive thru. Would like to escalate this situation.
I wanted to like it.Oil they fry in must be used for decades or tastes old. There was nothing in this meal i enjoyed. I ember up throwing it out.If I can't eat something that is a shame, because I'm not picky.
Some of the food was good and some horrible. The chicken wings were disgusting. They tasted like bland chicken dyed red. The two-piece mixed dinner tasted great and was well seasoned. The tenders needed a gravy or something to make them taste better. My mother ordered a 20 piece mixed box of chicken, but it the wings were missing. The chicken had no seasoning at all. The jalapeño peppers were not hot at all, tasted more like a banana pepper.
Every ti.e I order two pieces of fish. Instead I get three pieces of chicken. I know if the person taking my order understand me. This is the second time. I had to go back to the restaurant.
Takes long time through drive thru, but worth every minute of the wait.... my grandmother and I have been going here for many years and we live in Grand Prairie!
It may not be the fanciest chicken place, or newest but it beats any other franchise chicken place for the taste and value. Best deal in fried chicken you can get these days. Plus you get whole jalapenos with your order if you want, and they have fried okra and fried corn. Not the best place to dine in, but best takeout around. 10/10
The food is always delicious and the chicken so crispy. The corn nuggets and mash potatoes were phenomenal and I'm definitely going back for sure.
