Staff annoyed you’re there, 20 mins to have order taken in lobby, seemed busy so gave grace, especially cause after ordering food was out almost immediately so relieved until burger cold, cheese cold, literally wouldn’t melt so suspicious and should have asked for a refund then.But just didn’t have the energy to argue since first meal after a long day of work for us, so left it. My bf, 1 year old, and myself ate. On the way home my bf felt sick and had to rush to the restroom, my 1 year old who had a few bites had diarrhea in his diaper, and I awoke at 4:10am and proceeded to vomit up everything I ate there.So they are keep unsanitary conditions or leaving food longer to lessen food waste at the expense of health of customers. Will not be returning. Beware.
Why should it take me over 30 minutes to go through the drive-thru to get a meal? How come everyone else can seem to understand timing of preparing fast food? Every time I go to a Whataburger I become more and more disenfranchised and disappointed. I don't know who keeps eating here on a regular basis to give these people the ability to stay open.
Breakfast all day. Great menu. Best Hash browns, Grits, Bacon ? around. Was not crazy about the Chicken Fried Steak but EVERYTHING else was very good !!!
Seriously was about to throw a fit at how long it took to order, and wait for my food. But it was ALL worth the wait. My food was piping hot, fresh and absolutely delicious!I devoured it or I'd post a picture!! Keep it up!! By far the best Whataburger I've been to in a long while!
Tonight I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes but it only moved up three cars. So, I parked and went into the store where 3 customers were already waiting. Another 5 minutes passed and no one (NO ONE) every came to the counter to take an order. No Whataburger is worth waiting 20-30 minutes to order. Will definitely not be back.
I have been coming to this whataburger for the past 15 years and every year it has gotten worse but the past two times I have been (which is in the past week because I'm in the service industry and get out late) I don't mind waiting long because I expect it of whataburger but I have gotten 3 busted cups in my past two visits that have leaked everywhere in my car, the tell me I need to hold on a second before ordering and not asking to wait, they have no idea what I ordered when I get up to the window, and they can never run my card by the window and say they have to go to the front to run it which is sketchy. They have no manners and are rude and have no idea how to treat customers. They also need to stop giving busted cups of soda.
After spending 30 minutes in the drive thru received cold food and the order was not correct. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
Great location, I've dined in a few times and order in the drive through mostly . Glenda is one or the friendliest drive thru workers I've ever met. Kudos to her
We use the drive through here and I’ve never in my life EVER had a more sweet funny upbeat person working a drive through than Glenda! I could only wish everyone would give the attitude and customer service as her!!! The food is great also no complaints here! I love coming here because of Glenda though. I don’t know her personally but I love her!
Was craving Whataburger. Had to wait forever but that’s typical. The food was terrible. Fries were cold chicken was not fresh. The only thing that was hot was the gravy and tasted terrible. Good customer service but learn to give your customers FRESH food. Never coming to this location again.
