Great team, super busy Saturday night, and they got almost everything right. The ONE mistake was the two missing honey butter sauces we paid for. In their defense, it's a mistake at EVERY Whataburger we've been to in the last few months and we know it's associated with the location of the honey butter relative to the drive-thru (they're on opposite sides), but that seems to be something the Whataburger bigwigs should have sorted out for all the locations by now. Had we not been cutting it close to a flight departure across town, we likely would have gone in to get the sauce, but my granddaughter had to just deal with the disappointment again.
If you don't have time to spare then this is not the place for you, remember that Whataburger's food is made to order and that's what I love about this place. Plus their Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich is my favorite.
I love Whataburger! And don't care for soybean in my hamburger meat!I like Whataburger so much I got a job there once just to get the discount. By the time I got tired of working there I was assistant manager I started out as a cashier! Got to love Whataburger!
Just wanna say the overnight guy at this whataburger gave me a wonderful experience. I believe his name is Mike. I hope he gets the praise he deserves for his hard work.
Um morning servers one great server named Maria, and everyone else wouldn’t even let us order!!! Saying “ bro I do this all day what do you want” and we respond with I wannnn. ( interruption) “ bro are you gonna order yet”
Make sure your food is fresh. They’ll give you old food and then play you when you ask for fresh ones by refrying the same batch of old fries. No one wants to spend $20 on old food.
The food was fresh, the service was perfect, the tea vats were labeled, and the dining room was well maintained during a lunch rush.
Staff playing around. Almost no customers. I had to go ask where my order was. Took almost 15 minutes to get a burger, drink and fries. I asked to eat in but it was given to me in a to go bag. I had to raise my voice when I wanted a napkin so I could be heard over the conversation between co workers. Then my burger was not hot when I got it.
The drive thru is horrible! After sitting at the window for several minutes I was asked to pull forward. There were only 2 cars behind me then. I pulled forward and waited for at least 20 minutes while at least 5 additional cars came thru and got their orders. I called inside and they asked what I ordered! I asked for a refund and still sat and waited. Horrible management!
The drive thru is really slow , I have been there a few times and it always takes more than 10 to get me out, besides from that the staff is friendly and serviceable.
