Had to repeat multiple times that I wanted a #1 and still almost got charged for a completely different item.Also saw that one of those pick up order people zoomed by and cut the line only to sit and talk with the employee for over 5 min for an order that should have been done.Once I finally got my order the food was cold
The two clowns that worked in drive thru the night of 2/25 around 11:35pm - NEED TO BE FIRED! The African American lady talking on the drive thru mic was completely rude! I ask her a question about a burger and she spoke as if she hated her job and she hated that I asked what was on the burger! She also said that if I ordered the Dr. Pepper Shake that I need to mix it myself. Now let’s go to the second clown who was handing the food at the drive thru window. This African American man had puffy hair (just for the purpose of management to know to fire him) and the worst behavior towards me. I asked for my fries that were missing from my bag and then asked for ketchup. He literally said “Here take it and leave now!” . Then slammed the window! My daughter in the car even said mom why did he yell at you for? Mind you this is a 6 year old even noticing his OUT OF LINE BEHAVIOR. I know that this isn’t a 5 star restaurant but can you at least hire people who have some respect for humans in general??? I will be calling to speak to the general manager to make sure these two clowns are dealt with.
Went through the drive through on a Friday at 12p and had an excellent experience. Fast,friendly, courteous, and short wait time. They even had an employee outside taking orders and payments on a tablet and I didn’t catch his name but he was fast and very professional. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had throughout various different Whataburger locations. Will definitely be coming back here even if it’s a slightly longer drive! 5/5 Check em out!
The food is good. The drive thru is very slow. There is a echo in the speaker when you place your order. The cashiers need to speak up when they repeat the order. Shake is good.
Whataburger is delicious. Got the triple meat burger. Fries are always good and tasty. The family loves their patty melts. Customer service is friendly.
As I've said before. Whacka burger. There's nothing special about this place. It's all nostalgic for y'all. Boring dry burgers and sad sorry fries. There's plenty of other choices to get a burger
Came here for a quick kids meal for my son on a Sunday 4:30pm. Drive thru took 30 minutes and the doors were locked. Maybe staff long issues, but it’s such a bummer for such a good place.
They started charging extra for the cookie with a kid's meal, claiming that they weren't making any sales with the cookies (which doesn't really make sense?) Now the only options are honeymaid Graham crackers or fruit chews. Helpful hint: the fruit chews are super gross, if you like Graham crackers then those are probably the better option. Apparently we are going to have to opt out of the desert option because both options are gross to me. But I am not going to pay extra for the cookie that apparently isn't selling enough with the kid's meal but sells just fine extra on it's own....
Was disappointed with food today. Burgers on my no#2 weren't made fresh. They were cold and cheese not melted. Fries were same cold stale and made like my patties 20 minutes before I got there. ??
Our service is usually good. Food comes in pretty good shape until recently. We have been have random items missing, once a complete order!! But tonight the Favor driver, john texted me and said it was delivered. no food at my door. i contact driver who said he left it. i sent him a picture of my doorstep and he again stated he left it on doorstep of the corner house..i dont live in a house on the corner. he stated "the food was left" did not even consider correcting HIS mistake!! this is not the first time Favor delivery has not completed their promise of delivery. and i do tip.. this whataburger location seems to be on a downward slide along with Favor...
