Chicken and pesto flatbread which is why I went there is really basic, needs another ingredient. Chicken bacon ranch flatbread is better but still pretty underwhelming as well. Very good snicker doodle cookie. Sure the smoothies are good but haven't had any.
So disappointed… again. I have endured long wait times several times and mostly when there are only one or two people ahead of me. Today, I ordered a meal and they forgot to put my side item in the bag- this is the second time this has happened. I even tipped them but I’m not sure this is warranted at this location.
The chicken pesto wrap and jalapeño corn is really good! The line is usually slow and long but the food is good.
Fruit is not as fresh as it should be especially since they use ice for the smoothies they should definitely use fresh fruit every time the price of the drink will allow them too
LET ME START BY SAYING THIS I LOVE THIS LOCATION. however to wait 30 mins on a smoothie, I should just go get a blender. Who is hiring these new employees; their not taking their time. This is complete buffonery 102 degrees. I can't. I DO HAVE TO SAY LOGAN AND PREVIOUS EMPLOYER VICTORIA ARE GREAT AND KEEP THE LINE MOVING!
I do love smoothie king but there is more variety here. I can even get starfruit which is one of my favorite fruit.
It's hard to be away from home, eat out, and have food allergies, however, this place gets my requests in a heart bit and their recipe never bothers me.You got my loyalty ❤️
absolutely brutal drive through. every time ive been through it, they struggle to get a single car past the window every 5 minutes. as i am typing this, im stuck in the line. if the line is going to be this horrible, at least make take out the curb and flowerbed. people have places to be, and if you cant press blend, at least offer another option for people to not be be as much of a slacker as a tropical smoothie worker. ie: a drive through where you aren’t completely entrapped. cheers
My family and I had our first experience with Tropical Smoothie at their Flower Mound location and it was the best service we had had mainly in part to Scott. When we learned he went to their Carrollton location we followed. We take the extra 20 minute drive to Carrollton and he does NOT let us down. Our experiences with Tropical Smoothie and Scott are fun and we all laugh with his customer service approach. Keep it up Scott, see you again SOOOOON!
This location is the best overall, Scott is an amazing staff, knowledgeable and friendly.Highly recommend this location specifically.
