Very nice place to study, have a date or just hang out with friends. Awesome atmosphere, lots of food and drink options.
Today was my first time and I really enjoyed it! Really nice and quiet environment, perfect for studying or getting work done! I didn’t know what to order but the barista was happy to help. Will be back soon! :)
The whole place feels very uniqueIt has a second story which overlooks the rest of the area.I don't particularly like the iced blended coffees as they have giant ice chunks not blended, but the other stuff like the coffee and lemonades are great.The shaved ice milk was pretty good too. Nothing spectacular, but very enjoyable.
The place itself is clean, quiet, and perfect for working/ studying. I had friendly service when I ordered my coffee and was not bothered at all while I worked on my laptop. Restrooms were also clean! And the coffee was good IMO. It did get a bit busy at one point and noise went up, but it’s a coffee shop so that’s expected. 4/5! If you’re in the area check this place out!!
Nice place to go and drink coffee, they have a variety of desserts & food to eat. Coffee is delicious and the shakes as well.
This coffee shop the THE WORST COFFEE SHOP IN DALLAS METROPLEX!!! I had a very rude customer service. If you are looking for quality coffee and food this is not a place. It's overpriced for low quality products. They have "NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED" sign all over, which I respect. I had a shopping bag it says ZARA they came to check my bag thinking I had food in their!! That is extremely rude! If you have to check at every customer if they are bringing food and not to mention change their password 3 times a day so a customer is obligated to buy Something because the password is printed in the receipt. This business seems to not care about the product they serve or the customer service. They are tying to get customer in and out just for their money.
The menu is a little pricier compared to other places. I ordered a Cookie Cream Tomnccino and Bulgogi pretzel. The drink was fine and the pretzel was delicious. The store advertised that you can add boba to your drink, but they ran out that day (I came around 7pm). They also had a poster of a drink I wanted to try, but when I asked about it they said they didn't have that drink. It might've been a miscommunication, but I thought that was odd..
Very spacious and comfortable, perfect to hang out with friends and study. Customer service is 10/10, I had ordered a caramel macchiato but was given something that didn’t taste very much like it, and they tried to fix it. Then, I was brought a whole new cup of caramel macchiato as what I was given was a dalgona latte. I understood they were busy and am glad they made sure I left satisfied. Definitely give this place a try ?
Light Wi-Fi user and it worked fine. Interior is still in progress in some areas but comfy and spacious enough for a cafe area. Most of the patrons weren’t too loud on a weekend evening.Tried one of the meat pretzels and while it was tasty enough, it didn’t really hit the spot or is anything to call home about. I’m sure the waffles and other desserts are fine enough. There’s plenty of pre packaged snacks to order too.Ordered a tea, grande size? Came out hot but not burning and stayed hot long enough afterwards.Staff were masked and the cashier is behind a plexiglass contraption. It felt like buying a movie ticket.Plenty of parking, pathways are laid out for enter and exit traffic. Can’t comment about the coffee but I’m sure it’s fine.Edit: Tried some other pretzels and I’ve found a few that work well for me. Also tried the rice cakes and sausages and they’re a decent small snack too.
