Just reviewed my spending for the first half of the year. I spent $3644 here for the first half. Thrilled they won't be getting anymore money from me. Gladly spend it elsewhere.
Staff is really nice and attentive and the food is good but for the love of god don’t get the pizza. Me and my friend decided to split one and it was really really bad. we ordered the margarita pizza and it tasted like a cheap frozen pizza from Walmart and it had really thick full tomato slices on top of it, it was almost comedic. Besides that the beer is cheap and the fries and burgers are really good.
Nice local bar with lots of regulars. You always feel welcome and they have very good food
I ordered food, just a salad. It was definitely bare minimum salad. The bartenders were super nice though.
Great bar, high ceilings, clean environment, great service, must give it a try.
Great as always,sound and lighting was spectacular,do not drink alcohol,and did not order food,spend alot of my time taking live videos for Facebook for friends who cannot be there and always enjoy seeing so many friends at shows here,and enjoying the music with them and because I smoke,chatting with them out front in the smoking area.Never have a problem at the bar getting water and leave a tip of a few dollars anyways.Staff does a good job of taking care of the customers from what I see and is always professional.I will come back as it is always fun at the Maverick.
I went to see the band playing. It was a cool little hangout. I had the Mango Habanero wings and onion rings and they were delicious. Very friendly staff. I will definitely go back.
Avoid this bar at all costs. I came here with some friends tonight and the bartender behind the bar, Abby, was always gone and constantly talking to her friends. She never checked up on me and my friends and when we got our tab we couldn't believe how much it was. Apparently they are a service industry bar so service industry workers get half off (discounted) drinks and everyone else has to pay the high costs. Horrible experience. Too loud and not fun at all. Do not go. Save your money and go to another place!!!!
Came in, there were about 10 people in the place. Sat for 10 minutes didn’t get greeted which I get but then 2 other couples come in and they got greeted within the time it took them to sit down.
Great music. Loved Sunset Strip (local band). Good drink prices.
