This afternoon I went and got a plain bagel with cream cheese. The young lady was friendly and I didn’t have to wait in line. However, if I knew I was getting a bagel harder than an elephant tusk and rhino skin I would have not ordered it. It was like I was eating a piece of jerky. Half of it was burnt and I didn’t want to make a dentist appointment trying to eat this. So I discarded the rest. Cost 3.50 for the bagel probably ate a 1.25 of it.I usually experience great service and food quality. I guess today wasn’t one of those days.
I like the chocolate covered coffee bean on top of drinks. And the convenience of the drive-thru. That said it’s not the best coffee or food around.
First time. All black brew. No sugar or cream to take savor the flavor. Wasn’t as good as Starbucks pike or dark roast plain.
It is honestly insane at the incompetence of the people that work here. Then again, it is more my fault for giving them so many chances and then continue to be surprised when they make the same mistakes over and over. Regardless of whether or not you go in person, or like I have, order through Grubhub etc, your order will be wrong. It’s really a shame because the coffee/breakfast is very good quality, but the random roll of whether your order is wrong or not is just not worth it anymore. Me and my fiancé vowed a couple months ago to never go through the drive-through anymore because of the countless terrible experiences we have had with the drive-through staff just not being able to grasp what our order was. Ordering seemed safer since they would actually have a printed copy of the order in their hand to look at. Unfortunately our last three orders in row ordering have also been wrong. Just save your money and sanity and go anywhere else.
Terrific service, they educated me about my light roast options in the drive thru & didn't make me feel rushed. I'm headed back later today to get some ground coffee. You can preorder!
Decent coffee if you order the right drink. A lot of the time it's just sugar water with flavor and not coffee. Never order chai from here, never. I was hoping this would be a good alternative to super sugary Starbuck, after several visits they have proven me wrong. Starbucks is better sadly. sometimes the special coffees here are good, but it's really hit or miss. You may get something bayou like about half the time if you try a new drink every time.Go to Lemma in downtown Carrollton if you want good coffee.
This location is absolutely terrible. Least friendly employees I have ever encountered at a human bean. I'm sorry but if you hate your job so much maybe you should get a different one rather than act like customers are an inconvenience to you. I went to the human bean all the time in the state I just moved from and it was my favorite place. Went every morning. Sadly this location has ruined the experience for me and my wife won't even finish her coffee (hot snowy mocha is her go to) because it tastes watered down compared to what we are used to from the human bean in our home state. This place needs a major change because it is letting the franchise down.
This place is pretty new still and it's sooooo good. I went here for just a basic coffee and it tasted so fresh. The staff here is so awesome and it really has the environment of just a normal coffee shop. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and I say you go ahead and give it a try too!
I have ordered from this place twice and am thoroughly disappointed with their coffee. Last time I got a Double Shot Americano and it was not very flavorful and didn’t taste like the double espresso was added, so I thought I’d try again because their reviews are great on the app so maybe it was a mistake on my order last time.Today, I ordered a double shot latte and it was worse than my last order. It literally tastes like watered down steamed milk, the coffee lacks flavor and is horrible. If you want a nice strong cup of coffee with robust flavor.. DO NOT ORDER HERE. It’s a waste of money. I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied with their coffee quality, I’m not sure why my coffee has been so horrible each time but I won’t be giving this place another chance; tried 2 times and I’m out. ?????
We have tried giving this place attempt after attempt. We really like the food and iced coffee but it stay consistent that our order is wrong every time. Today we went through the drive through and got to the front. The girl at the window asked us to repeat our entire order. We asked if she needed everything and she clarified that she just wanted to know if we ordered the vanilla mocha. Then she walked away and brought us one drink and the receipt. The receipt showed two different drinks (not correct) and one sandwich when when ordered three items of food.We tried to clarify in a nice way that our drinks weren’t correct and that we were missing food. The girl got too frustrated with us and just disappeared. So another girl came to the window and fixed our order. Typically it wouldn’t be a big deal- but this quote literally happens every time.
