If you've never tried Halal Guys, do yourself a favor and visit one. The dishes are super simple but executed extremely well. Quick service, easy ordering, and fresh ingredients. The only thing I have to caution is the hot sauce is hotter than you'd expect. Get a packet instead of a pour from the chef.
I’ve ordered through the app twice this week from this location. Food is always excellent! I would put that hot sauce on everything if I could. Also a great portion size.
Update: Received an automated response via email with no resolution. Won’t be returning to any Halal Guys location again. Will be going to Pita Town from now on. Worth the drive.Paid for extra protein and barely received one serving. Won’t return to this location.
Amazing customer service. We placed a large order for pickup and left without checking if we got all of our food. There were a couple items missing, but they did an exceptional job when helping us out. They even offered to deliver the food that was missing to us! Food was great, and they clearly care about providing a great experience to customers. Would definitely recommend both for food and service.
This place is absolutely abysmal. I am shocked the health department hasn’t shut them down yet. I ordered ahead of time on the app at 8 PM and it’s 8:40 PM and my food still isn’t done. I ordered ONE PLATE. One girl with a sweatshirt named Drea dropped a receipt on the floor and proceeded to place the receipt on top of a bowl of food. Terrible customer service. Highly unsanitary. Will never come back again.
The place reminds me of New York style food places. It has a buffet and different size of bowls. The food it's tasty and very fresh. The space it's a bit limited, so if you have groups bigger than 4 this may not be your place. It also has a couple of tables outside. The place is perfect just to get a quick bite of good Mediterranean food with a friend or in my case my brother, but it's more like a fast chain than a sit in restaurant. They do take out and delivery apps, so you can try that too! If you are looking for a date spot or variety on the food you may one to try something else.
The staff are very friendly and have exceptional service. It was a very pleasant experience.In my opinion the food was not as good as what you find in NY and may not come back.I have tried a couple of other stores in Dallas and this store certainly has the best customer service. Taste is about the same.Clean restaurant in a safe area with plenty of parking.
Had a pleasant experience today at this location. Richard and Leia were very kind, patient and helped me redeem my points using the app. It was one of the best services I received! This location never disappoints!
3.5 Stars. Hungry for some gyro checked out this place since we are new in town. Staff was friendly and place looked clean but the portion size could improve.I remember the Original Halal Guys in NY, lunch line would go around the block and wait could get at least 20-30 mins. The owner was amazing and gave good portion size that I would have plenty for dinner for those late work nights.Anyway, I would go back and give 2nd try and you should to if you are nearby.
It is my favorite place and I love the food and more with the attention that Maria and Richard give me, I feel at home
