Great boba place. I Love the options and different varieties of teas. I love the chance you get to try "the tea of the day," "TOTD" is sampling a little bit so that you can get an idea of how the tea tastes before buying it. Also, what's great is that if you don't like how your tea has turned out, they can fix it for you with no problem. I wouldn't say I enjoyed a particular tea once, and they were more than happy to fix it for me, which I appreciated. TeaLatte Bar is the place if you're looking for a nice aesthetic place with great drinks. Sometimes, it's not that busy; it can be considered a study place.
I come here quite often but today I learned that they don’t accommodate people no more… also I ordered two drinks of thai milk tea and the cup had an overfill of ice! I usually ask for regular ice but they filled my cup with half ice!! The drink tasted more like water… they are supposed to measure the ice but I guess they didn’t care. 6+$ for a cup of ice…. I suggest going somewhere else… no longer coming here.I also saw some reviews stating that the service has gone down hill and yesss they aren’t wrong !
Service appears to have deteriorated significantly lately. Waited for a minute to let the young lady behind the counter to acknowledge me or ask me what I wanted to buy. She kept her focus on something in a bag while chatting with another young lady next to her. I decided to go to the other boba tea place across the street.
Delicious coffee and smoothies. I haven’t tried the tea, but my wife enjoys the tea she has had.
My first time at Tea latte Bar was last month and I had the worst customer experience. I was treated differently than the persons that was served before & after me. I was not offered a straw as the other customers, I was not allowed to modify my drink from the menu and my name was not called when the order was ready. I got a "hey, you", because the cashier never asked for my name. I will not be returning and highly encourage others not to.
Taro milk tea was ok. Taro flavor was VERY light. My son loved writing on the chalk board though.
Just stopped by for the first time and asked the staff to randomly pick drinks for me and the girl at the register was so nice and helpful! She helped pick 11 drinks and made sure I didn’t want to swap any out. The drinks were wonderful thank you so much.
Stopped in after dinner for a latte. Masks are required at this time, so just put it on. Staff is all masked up. The place is super clean and seems very popular with the locals, we were lucky to find a place to sit on a Saturday night. After we ordered, about 6 or 8 people came in. Got their drinks and out the door they went.They have a long bar in front of one of the windows with stools to sit. There is also a long bench along the wall with tables and chairs, and a couple more small tables. Seems they were pushed back sort of to allow more room for the line, but not sure. The line moves fast & the staff is very friendly.I ordered an almond milk vanilla shot latte and it was made-to-order. My guests had a chai latte and a regular coffee and they were very pleased with theirs. The prices are competitive and it seems like a nice place to spend some time.

When a customer spills their drink at the counter when you are handing it to them, the correct thing to do is to remake the beverage for the customer and help them clean it up. The employees behind the counter here did neither and I walked out with one less drink than I paid for. Extremely disappointed in the customer service here.
