I asked for Two Burritos with Beans Rice and Potatoes, I had to come back because there was no salsa, made me wait forever at the window to ask, I sensed an attitude from the smaller Hispanic lady when they were given to me. Then I open up the burrito and it’s just just beans and potatoes. Very simple order that I order often. And it just was rushed and not cared for.
I frequent this particular train wreck mainly because it’s so close to my apartment but .. … the service is insanely bad except for like one lady. Food is definitely hit or miss .. like less than 50% chance every item you order will be enjoyable .. the real icing on this cake was waiting in line at the drive thru for 8 minutes tonight .. having the truck directly in front of me place their order .. and then sitting another 5 minutes in perfect silence until I figured out I was not going to be served because they had held me past closing time. No “sorry we are closed” .. no response to my inquiry if I was going to be served .. just the most awkward and embarrassingly unprofessional experience I’ve had. Wow.
It's 945. The sign says open until 10.The staff is sitting at a table inside ignoring me while I write this review in the drive thru. They have looked at me numerous times.
These guys use to be on it. But ever since the virus hit, they seemed to have given up. The regular size bean burrito has as much beans as a party burrito but costs more. They just don't seem to care. Too bad.
I sat at the drive-thru window and literally watched a Hispanic lady with blonde hair make the food had no gloves on but the lady next to her was making the food and had gloves on so she was touching everything around her and not had gloves on so I would not eat there be forced to feel like I'm being contaminated with whatever they we're touching and I doubt she washed her hands if she did multiple orders why I sat in the Drive-Thru and watch
The owner of this particular location let its employees work in the summer with no air conditioning. Also as a guest you wouldn't want to eat inside due to no air conditioning. If I was one of those employees there is no way I would have worked there with no air conditioning. Horrible
Taco Bueno has always been one of my favorite fast food grabs. Lately it's been getting worse. I had stopped coming for a bit. I got a coupon so we tried for dinner to go. We got a Cheesy Chicken Chillada platter and a Big beef burrito.The Pico in the condiments was rancid, the chips beyond stale and chewy. The burrito was good but the guacamole on the chilled platter was brown.I have tried different locations and the two nearest to me have been the same. They have a compelling menu and decent prices but the quality is not there sadly.
My daughter and I went through the drive thru tonight, the 2 ladies were great and by themselves. We did have to wait but it was understandable being it was busy and it was just 2 of them and close to closing time. We had to wait for them to take our order, but we had a person in the car behind us being impatient and honking their horn. Good workers but some impatient, bad customers, lol. The ladies were very polite, and order was correctly done. Hope everything went ok with the girls having to deal with the impatient person behind us.
I ordered a crispy taco and a large burrito. They were okay for taste but not super at all. In fact very disappointing and the taste. Place was clean but then with only one other customer in the store it shouldn't be anything but clean. Only stopped here because it was so close to my destination for the day. It's okay food if there's not a lot else around but would definitely not be a first choice on my list. Land food.
Most frustrating part for me was the drive thru attendant couldn't really speak english so I have to repeat myself several times for a simple burrito
