This Subway location is a joke and doesn't even deserve a single star. The employee helping me through the line was friendly but could hardly speak any English. The manager (I didn't get her name but she is Hispanic) was extremely rude and unaccommodating. The lettuce had a dark color and looked really bad. When I asked if they had any other lettuce on hand, she said, "It all looks like that." As if I was complaining for no reason. I grab my sunchips by the register to get the combo, and the manager says to me in a rude tone, "Want anything else?" I left the chips on the register and got out of there as fast as I could. Every day you keep this manager at your store, you are LOSING customers, Subway and damaging your brand. I scrolled down, and there are more reviews just like this one. I won't even think about setting foot in this Subway or any other for a long time. I would love a response on this Google Review letting me know the action taken. Until then, avoid this location under ALL circumstances.
This Subway is horrible. Food looks like it ain’t refrigerated right. She filled my sandwich with halfway meat. Employees do not wash hands after using register. Sauce had water that dripped all over sandwich when she put sauce. She put excessive mayo which she tried to spread with knife which she dipped in some water that also dripped all over sandwich. I threw my sandwich out. Waste of money going to this location.
This Subway has an Employee who should not work at none where, she is Hispanic, about 18 or 20 years old and treats customers disrespectfully, I asked her for something and she did not want to do it. It is obvious that she does not want to work or provide customer service. I told her that I was going to report her for her bad and disrespectful attitude and rhetorically she told me that she didn't care and threw my sandwich in the trash. I will never return to this place just to not see that girl with a horrible attitude
I brought in a mail coupon, store owner said “We no accept coupons. no have any scanner. Cash Only. Order online for coupon to work”So I order online while I’m in the store…AND HE SAYS HE DOESN'T HAVE INTERNETSo I show him my order and he refuses to make it even though the payment already went through ? Had to call corporate to get a refund on a SANDWHICH lol
I ordered online as the restaurant rarely accepts cards in store and say its cash only. I ordered a spicy Italian and the bread was so hard it was inedible. I removed the ingredients from the bread and ate plain, the wrong sauce was used and there was 4 slices of meat for a footlong sub. I ordered cookies, the Raspberry cheesecake and they gave me oatmeal that were also so hard they were inedible. I understand being out of something but at least let me know and I can substitute it or if the cookies are old I'd change to chips. The establishment was also locked when I came to pick up my order I knocked on the door as I already paid and 2 workers saw me and kept talking while sitting at the table. Finally after 5 minutes someone came and unlocked the door. A gentleman followed me in as he wanted to order and the man that had gloves on and was using his phone made this man's order with the same gloves he was wearing to play on his phone. Neither of us were greeted. This was horrible I paid 12$ to eat a handful of veggies covered in the wrong sauce. Looking at reviews after my experience this appears to be standard and I would hope that someone cares enough about making money from the franchise and avoid being shut down by the health department to do something.
I went here because I was out and about in the area. I hadn't been to this location in years. I walked in to boxes along the wall and overall dirty. I needed to use the restroom but there were no paper products. There were several family members all over. No one wanted to assist me. It felt awkward being there. I ordered a sub but didn't trust the quality of the food so I threw it out when I left. I don't know what happened to this location but it's not for the better.
This place was disgusting I ordered a 6 inch sub turkey when I got home I live about a mile away the bread was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it I had to rip it apart take out the inside and eat it on a slice bread that’s how hard that bread was so shame you go somewhere and you waste money and you can’t even get your food the right way or fresh
I trying to understand why the store was locked when it was within business hours. We placed a mobile order, because we work down the street. When I got to the store, the staff completely ignored us knocking on the door to pick up our mobile order. I knocked for 10 mins - the staff still ignored me. I finally got my food when they knew I wasn’t going to leave. Worst customer service ever and rude staff.
VERY RUDE. Manager got into a screaming match with me over the Baja chicken bacon ranch. The online order clearly states rotisserie chicken. He refused to believe that he was wrong and finally after arguing back and forth remade the sandwich with rotisserie chicken instead of cubed. This has happened twice now. Very rude and embarrassing.
I went to today for a salad. One employee asked what I wanted when I told him a salad he told another guy to come help me. So I told the second guy I wanted the ham and turkey salad. He proceeded to pick up one of those no bready bowls they serve. I said that's not the regular salad bowl he said well this is what we serve salads in. My question to him why would I pay you $9.00 and some change for a salad that is being served a smaller bowl that's not for a salad. I walked out after spending 20 minutes in line. I eat a salad from subway two or three times a week and have never had a salad in a no bready bowl. Horrible service.
