Unfortunately I have to say that the kids at this location are terrible, they always messed up orders and never get anything right. I had to use this location since the previous one I used to go is temporary closed. This is the third time I order something from this subway and I have to say enough is enough. They need to hire new employees because who ever makes the sandwiches through online orders always sends the wrong order.The first time I went the guy there wasn’t paying attention since he was using his AirPods, I had to repeat myself so many times and he would still add the wrong veggies and wrong meat. Thanks to this I witness 4 customers who walk in and then walked out of the store.The second time order 30 minutes ahead and when I got there my order wasn’t even ready, I had to wait 15 minutes more for them to make my sandwich.The third time I placed an online order and they delivered a completely different order, nothing that I add was in my sandwich.Owner if you see this please hire other employees because the 2 guys working there are making you loose customers everyday.
They can't manage meatballs and white bread. That should say it all...They only have wheat at dinner time, and it's stale. You're better off eating at the Firestone next door.
We were here today and the person closed the door and does not let us in. The Google hours shows that the store will be closed at 9pm not 2:30 pm
YUCK! Veggies were not cold -scary. They had no tomato or onion for sandwiches. This was mid day.Also, not crazy about maskless person assembling the sandwich.
Worst crew. The employees are teens. One of them was flirting with a girl for almost 20 mins instead of toasting the bread. I ordered for a single sandwich and had to wait till the other guy stops sweeping the floors and make the sandwich.Couldn’t really believe the owner left the store to these kids without a supervision.Pity the Owner.
Terrible they didn’t have bread baked and was told “you can’t read the sign?” With an attitude. As a General Manager myself of a food chain restaurant it is very disheartening that standards and integrity are set so low at this location.
Worst subway I have ever been. There is no discipline in employees. We went in ordered the sandwich from app. The guys there won’t even look at the order and when we asked for it one of them says you should have ordered it here with us causally while flirting with a girl over counter!!!
I had TWO fraudulent orders this weekend placed using my personal banking information on my Subway app!!! I called and the individual who answered lied and said there weren’t ANY orders of the specified dollar amount today. Clearly, that’s a lie. Lying and stealing?!?!?!
She prepared veg for me. She is extra cautious. Changed her gloves and knife and prepared puree veg meal for me...
