Great coffee, just takes a while to get it. Pleasent people and the order in order ahead has always been right.
Don’t ever expect to get your order how it’s supposed to be made here. The coffee always tastes like a glass of milk and you pay $2 for sweet cream foam that is never there. I ordered a frappe today and it was literally blended ice with whipped cream. Completely disappointed in all of the time I’ve wasted and will be glad to not be ordering from this location ever again.
It's Starbucks so you know what to expect. I rate my experiences based on time it takes to get through the drive thru and if my coffee taste burnt. This location is very quick and there is hardly a wait time going through the drive thru and every drink has been good
I walk into this Starbucks 3 or 4 times a week, and they always forget to give me my coffee or tea. They get everyone else, though. They always give me the same excuse as to why they forget to give me a simple coffee/tea. I don't understand. Maybe I should yell my order back at them after I make my purchase, or stand in front of the register until they give it to me. How can yall keep forgetting JUST me? Stop apologizing and wasting my time. Just give me my order.
It's definitely not the best coffee in the world but sometimes I find a Starbucks that makes Latte just right ?

Update on Feb 2022. Bunch of new workers. Looked like training camp. More than double slower than they used to be. I gave up and left. I will try few weeks later. Hopefully newbies are no more newbies. Thanks.
I ordered nitro coffee. 75% foam. I took 2 small sips, taste like alcohol. I ordered this a few times at other starbucks and it never tasted like that. Yes, the pic is how much coffee I got for 5 bucks. Will never go back to this starbucks again. This pic is 45 minutes after I got the drink. The foam was from where u see the liquid to the top of the cup. Ridiculous
Riley was excellent. She was very helpful and got my order out immediately. She's got a great personality and gives 5 star customer service.
