This is the most well-managed and tidiest Starbucks in the Plano/Carrollton area- the staff here keeps up w the dining room upkeep (even with morning rushes) and we appreciate it! The staff is also so efficient and makes their drink orders with care.
There staff is so rude , all I wanted to do I ask some questions about the Starbucks cup prices but instead of helping me the girl with the green hair laughed at me and locked the window, never coming back, this Starbucks group needs to learn kindness because they are rude
It's a Starbucks with a drive thru. They have had some labor or product shortages recently and have been closed somedays. When its open the line is long but removes pretty quickly.
Their old staff was great, appreciate Kenna and Daniel!! But this new staff needs to pick it up not to mention they always closing at 2-3 pm! Might as well SHUT DOWN THE WHOLE PLACE. Call before you come because you probably make a blank trip l
Usually have a good experience, however this morning I got the whole wrong drink. Same color as my usual, didn’t take a sip until I got to work and thought it tasted way off, looked at the label and it was completely wrong drink. Would call but they probably wouldn’t do much tbh. And I couldn’t go back over there for the right one because I am already clocked into work.

Stay away. The manager here is unprofessional misusing her position to damage, spread defamation, and gossip. She has been doing this for years as well as other employees. While gossip spreading/libel/slander/damage may seem like a benefit to some as a way to reach everyone, it isn't. Is that really the company you want to do business with? It could just as well be you or your life. What she is doing spreading propaganda which will result in a future murder as a result. She is feeding a belief that promiscuity is the only way to live and if you have standards you should be removed from society, mocked, scorned, discriminated against, and killed. 10 years of disparity for good morals by this "business practice" that should be not allowed.By buying here you support targeted hate and stoning of one upstanding person by a business. It is against civil liberties. It is misuse of communication. Breeds hate and more. Nothing can stop her obviously. Nor other businesses that do this. Can you?

Love this location. Great personable customer service. They still know my name and I stroll through there like twice a year now since I don’t work by there anymore. ????
Staff are super incredibly awesome. Makes working on the weekends bearable lol! I think their name is Kaitlyn? Purple hair and awesome tattoos. She rocks!
