Starbucks, some will love it, some will not. That is the wonder of our tastes, all different. And that is okay! And for me, Starbucks is good, too. I have LOTS of coffee making items at home, but every once in a while, it is nice to have someone else "drive", and Starbucks is good as my once in a while alternate. I also like exploring other items than I might usually make or imagine, and they are a good source to me for those adventures in taste.
It is easy to hate a place a mass market place like this. I get it. But everytime I travel and try to search out a good coffee joint I am usually better off coming here. If stick around a local area long e light I might find a better shop but if I want a good day and have a good solid cup that tastes fresh and is made properly when traveling I go here. I highly suggest adding them to your travel spot for coffee. Dont experiment with your morning cup.
I ordered a shaken espresso without ice online. I showed up to pick up my drink and the cup was 1/4 full. They said since there is no ice this is what the drink would be. I said I wanted to add oat milk but there was no space to do that online. They said they can’t do that bc it would be a latte. So they expected me to pay for a sip of drink $5. They didn’t offer to have the milk added for extra $ which I would have done, the girl just dumped the drink in front of me. I’ve got a refund but the unwillingness to please customers just very unprofessional. By the way I have this drink with no ice at other locations and they have no problem to add some diary to make it a full drink. This location has long waits, unpleasant stuff.
They have like 5 people working and are not busy and the doors are unlocked for people to sit inside but the refuse to take orders inside and make you wait in the long drive thru line. This is the laziest business I have ever seen. Wish I could give negative stars
Location makes drive thru line block in parked cars. Every time I order it is a long wait. Today I walked away, I ordered an iced quad and the cashier told me it would take 30 minutes, I repeated the time to make sure I heard her right and she confirmed.
The employees like talk and play a-lot LOUDLY and OBNOXIOUSLY for a location that is always missing something. It’s not due to a shortage because if you go to another Starbucks they have that item. Management here is lazy and don’t update when they need to restock something. The owner should do something because it’s getting ridiculous. They delight (dupers delight) telling you they are out of stock, almost as if they’re happy thats one less thing to do. How many complaints does it take to get something done?
The lines (inside and outside) are insane at this location and the drive through traffic blocks the parking for all the surrounding businesses. Starbucks refuses to do anything about it. Starbucks is a menace to any neighborhood and should be fought against like the plague.
One of my favorite Starbucks. Staff is friendly and usually very fast. Larger patio, plenty of parking.
I just received one of the WORST coffees I have ever had in my life. I ordered on the app with no milk foam, it looks like it has milk foam. According to the app whipped cream is standard but mine had no whip. Now for the kicker, someone put cinnamon which I didn’t order on my white chocolate mocha. I started using the app specifically so there would be no excuse for errors but it seems to do no good. This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I don’t want to see it fail but the q
That pumpkin spiced latte is as good as it smells. Cooler weather, hot coffee. Doesn't get much better. Rock n roll!
