ON 5/3/2022 I HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING MANAGER SIERRA SHE SERVED ME MY FOOD AND HAD A GREAT PERSONALITY AND GREAT ON THE JOB TRAINING SKILLS. ALTHOUGH I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THE FOOD ON 5/3/2022 I WENT BACK ON 5/4/2022 I WAS GREETED AGAIN WITH THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SMILE AND GREAT VIBES FROM MANAGER SIERRA. SIERRA WAS CONCERNED ABOUT MY UNSATISFIED FOOD AND PERSONALLY MADE MY ORDER WHICH WAS HOT AND FRESH. SIERRA ASKED ME TO CHECK MY FOOD TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED. SIERRA IS SUCH A SWEETHEART THANKS. I MESSAGED THE NUMBER ON RECEIPT I BELIEVE ITS THE DISTRICT ARE STORE MANAGER IT WAS'NT ANDY TO ACKNOWLEDGE SIERRA FOR HER GREAT ON THE JOB TRAINING SKILLS. THANKS SIERRAKEEPUPTHE GOOD WORK.
Pulled up at 1:57 pm and ordered food and realized the happy hour starts at 2 pm. Asked for an order of onion rings at the happy hour price and they told me it wasn't 2 o'clock! Told them to keep the rings and she gladly canceled them without hesitation or concern for making a customer happy or repeat business. Recieved my food at 2:07 pm which means she could have given me the happy hour price. Thoughtful customer service is hard to find these days. I blame management/ ownership for failing to properly train employees.
I wanted to get me and my family root beer floats so I went to A & W but they had their machine down. So I went to Sonic and ask them if they could make floats and they said of course. Probably the best tasting root beer float I've ever had from anywhere. Only took about 6 minutes to get three large and one medium. Great customer service
Can't remember what I ate but the shake was great. Food must have been good.

Chili cheese tater tots were a bit off. I think it was the chili. Burger was good. Great service, she was cheerful and polite. Love watching planes at Addison Airport during our date night.
This is now my favorite Sonic! In a day when many businesses have forgotten customer service, Samuel was exceptional. He was so professional and kind!
It was quick on ordering and receiving my food. We had all of our items that we ordered and the food was fresh. Great service and I will definitely be back.
I do not know the young guys name that works here However, his personality is enlightening. I enjoy the food but his smile is infectious. He always answers my questions honestly ?
