First off, I ordered my drinks on the app and then pulled into Sonic. I put my stall number in on the app. It took them 20 minutes to bring me my order. Then when I got my drinks, they were melted and watery. I ordered 5 drinks and only one of them was good. Also, my lemonade tasted almost like water because it had sat for so long, my Blue Raspberry Slush was so melted all that came out through the straw was blue raspberry flavoring, my Sprite with flavoring tasted weird because the carbination was off, and my Strawberry Limeade tasted bad. I don't want to go to a Sonic and waste my money on water downed, melted, drinks. If you are in this area, I recommend you go to the gas station next door. You will have a lot better luck there.
Really poor customer service today. I had to flag someone down to get my order after waiting for 20 minutes and I got attitude from the server. He said we have a timer to check that. Then he said it had only been 7 minutes. That was from when I pushed the button to get help and no one ever responded. I ordered on the mobile app and even gave a tip, but definitely won’t do that again.
There are a few AM employees that are STELLAR and whom deserve tips and are not included in this review (because they are great!).I placed an online order. The shake machine wasn’t working; but they didn’t actually tell me that until I questioned where the rest of the order was.There is no ability to get a refund. When I asked the carhop went inside an handed me a phone number.Upon calling, I find out that in the year of our lord 2022 - the Sonic system cannot do “partial refunds”. I had a beverage as part of the order that I collected. Since I apparently received SOME of the order, they said “the system doesn’t allow us to do partial refunds”. What kind of bull is that?If you must give your money to Sonic, then go in the morning to get the good folks.They offered compensation via rewards points or a gift card; but after this I do not want to give Sonic my business, so the gift card is really a slap in the face.
Edited again (2022): really bad experience here today. They didn't bring us one of the drinks we ordered, sundae had no hot fudge on it, and the pretzel didn't have any salt on it. Also they didn't give us the cheese sauce for the pretzel, just some kind of mustard "signature sauce". It took ten mins to get them to answer the buzzer to get my order fixed, on top of the nearly 20 mins we had waited before to order and receive our food. They seem to be very understaffed- I only saw one car hop delivering food the entirety of my 35min stay. Also, I ended up being late to pick up my son bc of this, which was incredibly frustrating.Edit (2020): service has improved significantly. Haven’t had a problem in months.They never get my order right. I’ve just given up.
This is the absolute worst Sonic location I have ever been to and I've literally been all over the US! First the orders take longer than necessary and these little servers expect a tip after slow service. The manager also needs to get fired for abusive language.
Fantastic menu, splendid flavor, super-friendly team, and a bright, clean restaurant. It's wonderful!
The blasts NEVER have enough of the flavor/filling. You basically get a vanilla shake with half an Oreo or snickers sprinkled on top. Even when you ask and pay for extra! Service is typically pretty slow at this location as well.
Always fast and friendly service when I visit. Food is the best. Fresh and hot all the time!
I always come to get my breakfast sandwich and large in sweet tea with them. And I have never been disappointed. It’s always fresh and hot
2nd time at this location due to working 2nd job in this area. The customer service experience is great and the food/drinks are made fresh. I will stop here when I have time before my 2nd job, because their vibes put me in a great mood! They all need a raise for representing the company in an awesome way!
