The hours don’t match with what’s listed. Pulled up at 6:45 and the hours show open till 9, but they said they closed at 6 when I called into the store while sitting at the drive-through menu lol
The hours for this location change every day. They DO NOT match what is listed online. The drive through is being serviced at 8:30 am, but after waiting 10 minutes for a van to mo e out of the menu/order station, I backed out to go walk inside. The open sign is lit up, but the doors are locked. A week ago I was told they are opening at 7. The next day I got there at 9, and a lady told me they didn't open until 10. Now today with this madness. My time is more important than a smoothie, but I can get one faster with a 10 minute drive to the next location (including drive time).
Store was open on Google maps and their smoothie King app. Put in an online order and show up to the store: whole place is shut down but still accepting online orders. Obviously nobody inside to pick up my calls about getting a refund. Managed to contact customer service at corporate and get my refund.It's fine that you're closed but please at least update on your app.
I'm not sure what happened over there or if there's been a change of management but this location has been acting very weird. Its not clear what their hours are or when the lobby is open as everyday seems to present a new game of "Do they feel like making money today?" As someone who begins their day early, I found this place an ideal alternative to the starbucks location next door during my morning commute but now I'm forced to take my business elsewhere due to this locations inconsistency. Smoothies are good but patron this business at your own risk!
Went through the drive through yesterday on 01/06/22 around 645, my best guess is the young lady at the intercom wasn’t pleased. She had a massive attitude and yelled at me through the intercom. She was super irritable the entire encounter and shoved my drink at me with the top unsecured.. what was comical is there is a managers email on a paper taped thru the drive thru window, but that is covered up by a sticker that says they don’t carry large bills or something???. Why did she come to work tho?
Horrible service.. why would you have someone working in the morning that clearly doesn’t want to be there.. the worst attitude and unwelcoming I wanted to leave and go to Starbucks next door but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and it continued at the window should’ve just left.. never again and she just slap the drinks together smh 7:00 am and this how it had to start.
Currently sitting in the drive thru going on 30 minutes. The last time I came I waited this long and their card reader was down so she asked me to back out of the driveway, didn’t get my smoothie at all. Today I asked if the gladiator protein was whey and she said no..so I asked what it was and she never answered. So I googled it..it’s whey.Good job.
I hated it the customers were rude and obnoxious. There were cracks in the wall it smelled awful sometimes like cigarettes they messed up my order multiple times. The works were cursing in the store to the point where someone had to tell them to stop. The store opened late when it originally was supposed to open a 6:30 it opened at 7:30 a lady threw a drink. In addition to that a lady who ordered a drink cursed out the employees. This establishment is very unprofessional and disgusting I do not recommend anyone ever working there.
Says they’re supposed to open at 6:30am but they don’t. They also hired this teenager recently that super loud and obnoxious and he always gets the order wrong bc he’s busier trying to be funny, loud, and entertaining vs. doing his job. Either way, one of the worse smoothie king locations I’ve been to. Fix your store hours bozos.
Literally the slowest Smoothie King I been to. My 2nd visit and same scenarios, 2 cars are ahead of me and it takes 15 minutes or more to get a drink!! I'm done with this place. Tropical smoothie much faster smh
