I can see why this location has 3 stars customer service does not exist at this location. Area manager Conrad was not help when order was not delivered. Would give this location zero stars if I could.
The door is always locked during business hours! Employee was extremely rude. We walked to the drive through and were told to step away. She said she was working alone but there are at least two employees inside. It’s difficult to use to use the drive through when you walk to the location. Three cars drove away. No customer service. Terrible!
Service is not all that great and the place smells. Service takes forever in the drive thru. manager is a joke. He has kids( 17 year olds) working by themselves at night. And when they dont close properly, he fires them by TEXT AND does not give them a chance to explaine or express themselves. He over works them and just dont care.
Good smothies but takes so long in the drive thru 20 mins to get a smoothie unacceptable ?
This store is the WORST, once again. I was sitting at the drive thru at 7:32am and they still weren’t open. (They open at 6:30am) ? also, this is VERY COMMON for this location. SUPER SLOW. And they left the greeting message that plays when you first get there. Usually if they are closed, it’s a different message.
The line for the drive thru is very long. It took forever to get through the drive thru. If they are short staffed then why are you taking drive thru orders. How long does it take to make a smoothie. The drive thru cashier didn't even ask for the flavor of the smoothie. They only took cash. They didn't even notified us. They didn't take their own app. Cashier was very rude.
I’m going to say that this is the worst Smoothie King I’ve visited and it’s because of their availability. I sometimes grab a smoothie before heading to the gym and that’s something I can’t do at this location because they’ve been closed every time that I have visited in these past couple of weeks. On numerous occasions I have been there an hour before they close and they’ve been closed every time. I have even tried calling before heading to this one but guess what, no one answers. I can understand if maybe the business needs to close due to being short staffed or for any other reason but put up some signage or at the very least updated your hours online so that people don’t make the drive to a place that’s going to be closed.

I love smoothie king. But NOT at this location!!!! I came today @ 11:20am the open sign is on. Door is closed, there’s a sign says use drive thru. So I went on drive thru and the lady at drive thru just told me “we don’t take orders right now” I wondered what time do you open??? No answers at all. Smoothie king if you have customer service like that, you really should check on your staffs.
William is awesome. He made my smoothie quickly and is very professional.
