Walk into a place of business and all they do is stare at you from behind the counter. No welcome greeting but I have to admit, very few times I go in for a dozen glazed and they're fresh
Nice staff. I came in around the end of their business hours and they were really kind, patient, and even enthusiastic. I was new to Shipleys and excited to try all the different filled donuts. They didn't disappoint. The Choclate filled was good and so was the cherry. A cool quick donut place for decent variety.
I come here all the time to get warm donuts as I'm working. It is 6am and I do not understand why there are not freshly warm donuts already made. The girl hands me 2 cold doughnuts and I politely asked her to heat them up and she told me that they do not heat up donuts with no explanation as to why not. Which really shouldn't be a reason not to have warm donuts. This is unacceptable! I find that odd when they hand out warm donuts. This is very strange because the Shipley's in McKinney always heats up my donuts if they don't already have them warm with great customer service. I literally just left this location and it receives a 1 star this morning.
Went through the drive through on 12/5 at 2:30pm. Our kolaches were not warmed up and tough to eat.
Very Poor Experience. No Hi , No Hello , No I’ll be right with you. Just straight up ignored me while I was standing there and it wasn’t even busy. I had no choice but to walk out
Our road trip needed a great beginning, we started here. Great breakfast food, many options to pick from, and great service by the staff.
Gave me the wrong kolache bit down into disgusting meat patoto had to drive back to get this fixed and all I got was a woops and frustration absolute waste of time
Donuts were just meh, slightly better than donuts at a grocery store.The glaze was overly sweet and slightly oily.The apple fritters looked like a hot mess, flat and lacking the craggly lumps of apple morsles.
