I tried placing my order on the app and it sucks! I wanted to redeem my B'day sandwich but wanted to order something in addition and it wouldn't let me, also the redemption of the sandwich was very confusing, it said I had to make a $1 purchase and there is no item at schlotzsky's for that amount in fact I wanted to spend more! I don't like the app.
Really don't know when they find these people to work there but they definitely need to review their hiring process. Had to repeat my order at least ten times before they got it. This company has really gone down hill.
Ive tried to purchase cinabon’s thru the drive thru several times and they lock it down at 8:40 and take no orders. Staff was very unfriendly and that was over a weekend and during the week as well. I won’t be eating my time at that location anymore nor will I recommend it to any of my friends or family.
I swung by to pick my order I placed online. I came through the drive thru and no one was there to answer me. I waited 5 mins, and then decided to go in.. no one was at the restaurant out front ? I called hello and no response. i just took my order and left. To be honest, anyone could have walked in and taken my order.
I am not mad or angry but I went in ring the bell and no one came to take my order I love scholzsky and there food but they need better customer service
Love this place I've been going on a regular every other week the gentleman in there that's the manager he's super sweet takes care of my order make sure everything is right the other lady that works there she's super sweet and lol they do hide the hot sauce cuz they think you know the people are going to steal it so you have to ask for it cuz it's behind the counter but everything is always fresh and so tasty

We have ordered from here twice; both times for delivery. Last week they forgot drinks and messed up one of the sandwiches. This week they forgot a drink and desserts. This wouldn't be so bad but they don't refund what they forget to deliver. Shorted us around $15 to $20 worth of food for these two orders. I would recommend finding a different Schlotzsky's to do business with.
My sweetheart and I went through the dive thru. Our food was ready promptly. When we drove to the pick up window, we decided we wanted cinammon rools also. Jessica, the cashier was courteour and made the change. The sandwiches and cinammon rolls were warm and delicious and Jessica was very pleasant and courteous!!
Everytime I order Uber eats or DoorDash they get my order wrong
