Why is everyone that works at Popeyes always rude. ? really tired of going thru this drive thru and ALWAYS getting a heaping serving of attitude along with my order. In fact I avoid the restaurant Popeye's all together just because of their service. No matter who they hire, the person always taking the orders ALWAYS has an attitude and they also get the order wrong. They never have a smile and literally roll their eyes when you ask them for ranch or anything else. Very unprofessional. If you don't like your job, DONT WORK THERE ?

If i could give it zero stars i would. This is my second time at this popeyes. The first time they got my order completely wrong. When I pulled up to the window the other employee's where throwing stuff at each other. No wonder why they got my order wrong. Decided to try this popeyes location again since it's in the neighborhood. It was 10:00 and they told me and my boyfriend that they were closed, but on their website it says they close at 11.

Horrible experience. Chicken was cold and tiny. Bought a 5 piece mixed they gave me 1 leg, 1 thigh, and 3 wings. I asked the manager to swap out at least 1 wing for a breast but she gave a leg instead. She just tossed the wing back into the chicken tray even after it was touched by me.

This restaurant only wants the people’s money and do not think how they pack the food. They packed my food so poorly that part of what I ordered was missing. I could not figure out why their parking lot and drive thru was so empty over lunch time now I know, they have very poor customer service.

My granddaughter went to this location and spent $31.13. 2 mashed potatoes were missing , her shrimp were cold(in a potato cup)and both 3 pc chicken combos was burnt. Manager refused to give me owners name, said he didn’t know it. I will never go back. Place is a joke. Couldn’t give 0 star; never answers phone

I placed an order on the app and one of my sides was not available when I went to pick up my order. The cashier didn't know how to cancel my order so I submitted a request in the app. In less than 10 minutes of sending my email, I received an email response apologizing for the inconvenience and a credit for my order was submitted. I really had the taste for the red beans and rice but my disappointment all went away due the response time of my email. That's some awesome Customer service. Thank you

Sometimes they're good and sometimes they're not so good. Make sure to check your order before you leave because you might have the wrong order. Then you have to get back in line since they're dining room is never open.

This is the third time this month that I try to buy some food at this restaurant, but I can’t because they just decide not to work a random day. It’s 10:45am and nobody is working!

Felt rushed when ordering and had to ask about cause 3 times and they charge extra for it but what really made me feel uncomfortable was the feeling of being rushed and I think its because they don't have the staff to support having the lobby open. Had to go through the drive thru. Then realized the lobby was closed at 11am (during lunch) so I had to use the Walmart bathroom close by instead. The food was good but their pricing was higher than most Popeye's I had been to for the same products

i have visited many popeyes . this location hands down wins it. hot fresh chicken every time i have been here, lines are long but super fast, in and out no long waits , the gentleman who helped me on my last visit was just so wonderful. his name was israel. big heavy set guy with glasses . thank you for helping a old lady like me . so patient with me . love this place!!!!!
