I came here the other day and everyone was so nice and very polite, especially Rolando, he was by far the most attentive and helped me with the menu and was very friendly. It’s so hard to find good customer service anymore, but he really made me feel welcomed and was just great overall!!he’s also really cute lol
I went to have chicken for lunch and the food was amazing and everything.But the manger that was in charge was being unprofessional. The manager was in a bad mood.I don’t recommend coming here.
Wendys exception service made me so incredibly happy! So helpful, sweet and had wonderful customer service and a great attitude. Pollo Regio Carrollton is my go to.

Closest place for street tacos. I'm from Los Angeles and this is the best in the area. Beware ordering late at night though, I had some pretty bad food poising but otherwise I'll come back during the day
Decided to visit this spot to eat lunch with my boyfriend. Definitely not the best chicken I’ve tried in DFW. My opinion, the chicken was greasy; the rice lacked flavor and the tortillas that they serve are cold and hard. The soda station was serving drinks that tasted carbonated, like they needed to replace the syrup. The quality for the price you pay is overpriced in my opinion. $2 for 5 corn tortillas $20+ for half a chicken, a small portion of rice and small portion of beans. My compliments go to the charro beans and the Chile de árbol salsa they had at their little salsa bar. I honestly would not come back to this location. I have tried pollo regio on other occasions and it tasted much better than this time around. PS restrooms are decently kept.
The staff at this location are friendly and helpful. Food is always hot, plentiful and delicious. I didn’t have the rewards app and they took the time to help me get it set up and explained the rewards. Thanks Marco.
They didn't even pack my ranch or chips also the chicken was undercooked and burrito was not cut in half it was just slapped and soggy. I don't recommend ordering here there are far better options than these guys
Stopped in to get something to go. My son got Burrito meal (sorry no picture, it was too late by the time I asked?) and I got the #8 5 Tacos. Service was great. Ramon was super friendly made sure we had everything we needed with our to go order.
Either my taste buds suck or I just belong to different crowd. I love their food! Huge portions of chicken and unique chicken entrees to complete any poultry crave. From soups to sanwitches to flaunts to salads to half a roasted bird, they have it all.
