I thought it was Irving, TX shops only, but over cooking, making pepperoni burnt literally to a crisp isn't just this location's problem. It's all of Pizza Inn. Please go elsewhere unless you like burnt pizza. I found out it was Corporate's decision to up the temperature of the ovens. It was their worst decision because this means bottom & crust are way over done. Doesn't matter size of pizza or type of crust or location. Stay away from Pizza Inns. They have no idea how to cook a delicious pizza. They once did, but no more.
I ordered 6 wings with my order and ranch but instead I got 6 Buffalo sauce in a little dipping cup with a lid and no ranch..When I called back I had to talk to 4 different people, Finally the guy told me that the store doesn't have people answer the phones anymore that it's other staff in other areas (made no sense).. Then when he told me he would send out my order of wings they never came.. and this was on 02-26-2022 on midway and Frankford... NO MORE PIZZA HUT FOR ME!
For the 2nd time my order of Quepapas was delivered with Bleu Cheese dressing. The menu clearly states it comes with ranch.
I placed my order, and the notification said it would be about hour, before its delivered. 1 hour and 15 minutes went by. I called the restaurant, and the sale associate said it would take another 1 and 10 minutes. I canceled my order.

They order never went trough even should it said my order was completely on my end so after driving there and waiting to see what was going on. They tell me I can just order it again wait another 15 and pay again and that my original order would just be refunded even though the funds where processed from my acct so I just left.
Ordered the Detroit Style pizza...it actually was ok, but I did not get the toppings I ordered. Therefore, I only ate one piece. Ordered pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives. Got home and found NO pepperoni. So actually kinda really sucked.
Pizza was hot, fresh, made to order, and arrived promptly. We tried tomato as an extra topping and decided we don't like tomato on pizza; we'll just get extra mushrooms next time.
Hit or miss on pizzas being made. To be fair, I order later at night (around midnight or so) so I understand the quality might not be up to par; but I still expect better quality overall.
