I ensured my order said "Delivery" and the Pizza hut location changed it to carryout without my knowledge (as the kids sat for over 2 hours waiting for our delivery). After trying to contact the location via phone with no answer (being transferred by the general line multiple times), my husband went up there where they first tried to tell us it was our fault, then to say that didn't' have any drivers so they had to change it to carry out. Then they tried to make him pay again after I paid for it online via the app. VERY UPSET they gave us the cold pizza after refusing to remake it without paying for it again!!!! Very ridiculous experience and I am a very upset customer!!!
I love this location. Lately the delivery time is way too long though probably because of the pandemic and because it's hard to find workers. The food is always good and you can order for carryout if you want.
I called to check on my order an hour after I ordered it and the guy sounded like they forgot to deliver it to me, so he said they would deliver it in 20mins. 2 hours past and I received my food. It was cold of course by that time. They said they would give me a refund(haven’t checked if they even did) but that is the last time I order from them
Our order was placed on line. It was delivered before the time stated. In the order we ordered reg mtn dew. We received diet mtn. Dew. We tried several times to call the store and let then know but after calling for over 20 minutes we were still unable to get through and speak to someone.
I ordered at 700 pm for a future delivery at 930 pm. The order said it was being made. By 1030 the order had not arrived. I called them to be told that they were closed because the driver left early. I never received a call or notification to let me know the order was canceled. This was unacceptable!
the pizza and sticks were about as good as the frozen stuff, but cost an arm and leg. Will not be eating pizza from the hut anymore!
We had an increased wait time, but we understood due to everyone being short staffed right now. The driver was very nice and apologized for the tardiness. Even thou the order was delayed. The pizza was still fresh and hot. I love this location. We have not had an issues in the past. Keep up the good work. We will all get thru this together.
It was made correctly and tasted good and as ready on time (unlike some past orders). While it was a bit expensive, we will continue to order from that store unless/until they mess up.
Called and waited 6 minutes, 4 minutes, 6 minutes and almost 5 minutes. No one ever picked up and the app says the store is unavailable and that's why I called. Another store which is about 2 miles away won't deliver because it's the store on Josey lane area. Unexceptable.
Horrible service, they hang up when you call, serve old food, and will take 20 minutes to deliver right down the street. Trust me when I say ORDERING HERE IS NOT WORTH IT. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK FROM EATING OLD FOOD. THEY CALIM EVERYONE IS WEARING GLOVES THAT IS A LIE GO LOOK INSIDE FOR YOURSELF. ECOLI AND FOOD POSION IS REAL. YUCKY RUDE KITCHEN STAFF WORKING HERE. THEY TOLD ME MY FOOD WAS ON THE WAY BUT THE DRIVER PARKED AT A SMOKE SHOP AND WAS PROBABLY GOING THOUGH MY FOOD. PLEASE JUST ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY OR BUSINESS. LET THIS RESTAURANT SINK SO IT CAN BE CLOSED.
