The overall low score speaks for itself. My usual go to for a quick pizza but for some reason on this particular night someone decided to answer the phone with a "yes?". I mean a simple, "thanks for choosing Pizza Hut, this is d*ckhead, how can I help you" would've sufficed. I didn't even grace him with a response. I just hung up. Will be a while if not ever before I'm back.
This store has really improved over my last experience with them a few years ago, all while being short staffed from the looks of it. Food was ready to go when I got there right on schedule based on their estimated ready time.
The pizza was really hot and fresh! Which is often not seen anymore with delivery. Additionally there was a nice amount of seasoning on the breadsticks which made them especially good. Recently my pizza hut experiences have not been as good whether it is cold pizza, or not enough toppings. This was excellent though. Thanks!
The pizza was on time. The driver was some what friendly. I like the online pizza tracking system. You can even get a text message saying it's on the way. The pizza was hot
I ordered online and when I arrived the screen said order ready for pickup but when my son went into the store the cashier said we had not placed an order. 2 min later we get an email that our order could not be processed. I believe it was the cashier. She was rude and instead of spending my money with them I went elsewhere. Needs customer service skills.
I ordered curbside and waited 20 minutes in my car. I had to go into the store by that time my pizza was cold! No one alerted me that my order was ready...
Asked for touchless service and yopped 15% of my tab, about 12$. When my husband pulled up the man in the store had his head on the counter and paid no attention. My husband had to go into the store to get our pizzas so basically I tipped your staff for nothing
Both of my pizzas and my cookie were burnt and there was not icing on all of the cinnamon rolls. Refunding my order and cooking items properly in the future would be appreciated.
This location good. Fast service. Quality of products kind of Little Ceasars cheap. Quality of products definitely dont match the neighborhood. Maybe too much grease, or poor soap or not cleaning pans or ovens enough maybe just a poor oven.
We ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza that arrived with no pepperoni. We called the store and they assured us another pizza would be shipped in 20 minutes. When I called 40 minutes later the employee apparently had walked out without telling the cook and we still had no pizza. They promised again to make another pizza and deliver it and that took another 40 minutes. How do you make a pepperoni lovers pizza with no pepperoni ?
