I ordered the spring rolls with shredded pork. Did not enjoy them much, I’d give them a 6/10, very bland flavor. Also ordered the beef pho, meatballs and flank. Great flavor in the broth, and in the meatballs. Although they only added literally one single meatball sliced in half, it was still great. 8/10Key takeaways, maybe adjust the pork for the spring rolls, and increase the serving size of the meat in the pho meat dishes.Aside from that, I loved the bowl of pho I had, and would gladly come back again.

What the Pho II the Sequel at Pho Pasteur II in Carrollton.Pho Pasteur never disappoints until they run out of Pho LOL. (They ran out of Pho broth last time I went there in the evening). At least I went earlier in the day today to get my pho fix. This place is always a delight foodwise. Sometimes I think the manager is cranky. He always seems annoyed.Pho Pasteur II1927 E Belt Line Rd, Carrollton, TX 75006#vietnamese #pho #Carrollton

Great selection of vietnamese food and it came out super quick. It was all really flavorful and delicious. Good portions for the price!

It’s in the middle of a dollar tree and a Chinese restaurant (haven’t been but looks good). As soon as I walked in it automatically SMELLED promising!! I LOVED it. I ordered the beef pho (flank and beef meatballs) and you have an option to order EXTRA NOODLES! They have so many different options of fresh spring rolls and their fried egg rolls were just how I remembered growing up (served with noodles, lettuce, cilantro, and your choice of dipping sauce). I ended up ordering fresh springs rolls with no mint and they didn’t forget that I asked for NO MINT! The broth of the pho is CRRAAZZZYYYYYYY good. I didn’t even want to add sriracha because it was so good!!The service was great and the food came fast. I didn’t even have time to reread the menu again! The place looks like they just remodeled it too and the bathroom……the bathroom, was clean and did NOT have any kind of bathroom smells. Definitely give this place a try!

What can I say about this place. Even though my wife is Vietnamese I'm not rating this place because of that. I am a Vietnamese food lover. So if I'm wanting to go eat a Vietnamese food this would be the place. Hands down no doubt. The staff is great the food is delicious and they serve it lightning speed. The downside they don't fill up your water. And I'm a water drinker.

Cool, Calm, Casual place for a great bowl of pho! The broth is sooo rich and flavorful. The service is good but a bit distant. That said, they brought out our order very fast! Although it might look empty in the pictures, it was quite the opposite. Upon arriving, it was pretty busy as they had a ton of to go orders, so that looked like a good first impression tbh. It’s also worth mentioning that they have a Richardson location too and based on other’s reviews it’s looks to be just as good!

The best not-so-kept secret in DFW. I of course got pho with tofu and shrimp spring rolls. The serving of pho is huge! I don’t know if they have a large size but the regular I got was plenty. This place is fast! (Party of 8 during lunch rush) Everyone got their food on time, and their fried egg rolls are tasty! I recommend their shrimp fried rice if you have room.

So happy I decided to choose this place and ordered thru Grubhub. The portions are amazing! I haven't received any portion this size esp with this inflation or with food deliveries. I had the raw meat pho but of course with the boiling hot soup it will cook it. I like how the soup was delivered hot even on this very cold day. The broth is alittle sweet and has good flavor. The rice wrapped with shrimp was very good too.

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. It has the best pho and summer rolls.

In my opinion, it's the best pho restaurant outside of the Richardson/Garland area and it doesn't even have a number in the name!I usually start with an order of spring rolls or egg rolls.Tip: Make sure you tell them you want individual egg rolls otherwise they will bring you an order that includes rice noodles and lettuce.  Great as a meal, but a bit much as an appetizer. For my main entree, I either go for Dac Biet Pasteur (Combination Pho) or Com Tam Bi Suon Cha Hot Ga (Broken Rice with Pork Chop, Egg Cake and Fried Egg). The prices are reasonable, even through the pandemic.  And they also offer delivery via GrubHub or pickup via Yelp.
