The donuts are always fresh and the service is top notch. Every time I visit the shop, the owner is friendly and professional. Through the pandemic and now, it's especially important to support local businesses. Pat's Donuts continues to earn my business.

I was just in store and asked for chocolate donuts and was given chocolate donuts w/ peanuts. I didn’t notice until I was home and when I called the store to let them know I got the wrong donuts they hanged up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional if you are running a business.

Hands down the best donuts in Carrollton. I've been in the Carrollton area for 16yrd and yes have been to many many donut shops. Not under proofed ( heavy) and not over proofed (extra light)
I love stopping by Pat’s before work! The employees are super kind and they have great donuts and kolaches for great prices. Everyone is super cheerful and they provide great service. I’m always a very happy customer after leaving!
I went on February 9th the I was look what I wanted to get and the guy that was work told me to hurry up because he had things to do in the back!!
Donuts we're stale and very dry. I had glazed donuts, donut holes and old fashion and all of them were the same.
