I would like to give a zero star rating but there is no option for that. We went to the store and the lady in the front says if you are going to place order the system is down. I will definitely understand if system is down, but the way she informed was very rude. At least she should have some respect on the people talking to her. Even then I was willing to wait for 20 minutes. I asked her for a menu and she says there is no menu.The way she is talking is very very rude, that’s very poor service and the management should rethink about this.
Ordered delivery, pizza arrived ice cold. Pizza was barely cut as well. Watching the driver on the tracker, they either had 6 other stops before me or they got lost in a subdivision. Just watched them literally go around in circles.
This place is horrible. We ordered a pizza over an hour ago. It was simple. Pepperoni pizza. Arrived cold. Like it came out of the fridge cold. We live 2 streets down the way. Horrible customer service. We still had to pay over $20 for a large pizza. It was not a game night. Ridiculous! No reason why no one wants to fix this problem, even up to corporate level! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR COLD PIZZA. We ordered at 4:30pm. Not peak hours. Think twice before ordering
The pizza is great, the 2 stars review is for the customer service, they need to be more friendly and attentive.
The cashier girl was very rude she had an issue with the register, but she didn't said anything she run away to the back came back saying the pizza was free she throws the money back to me on the counter... I just told her that I don't wanted the pizza no more and told her that I will talk to her supervisor she literally said that she was the manager...My concern is that what kind of people you have running this place never seen that before I usually buy a pizza at least twice a week and I always received a good service... I don't know what happened this time
The garlic knots were so doughy, couldn’t eat them, they were not cooked. Pizza was cold
Ordered here for delivery to my parents who are recovering from COVID on what was no doubt a crazy night of Thursday Night football. Had some trouble with the delivery (looking at YOU DOORDASH) and called and spoke to Anna on the phone. She completely rectified the situation and got me my order. I also witnessed her be inappropriately berated by a customer on the phone around 10:30 pm. She handled it with absolute professionalism. Thanks for your help Anna and staff!

Ordered twice within the past two weeks and service is not the best. I ordered online for a 7:00 pick up and I had to wait 10-15 for my food to be ready, and they initially couldn't find my order at first.Today I just attempted to place a delivery order with cash payment, only to be told they won't have a driver until 3:00 pm (it was 1:15 pm when I made the call), and asked if I can pay card instead so they can use a third party delivery or come pick it up instead. I just cancelled. I don't like the idea of them using a third party for delivery (which seems to be reoccurring based on other reviews) and it seems really weird they would offer delivery when they don't have any drivers available. I won't be ordering from here again. Food is good but the staff just aren't on top of it.
I ordered my food through the "convenient, faster app" and there was a 85 to 95 min wait 2 hours later I call to cancel they tell me the door dash guy is already on the way so I can have it for free 15, 20 min later some little kid shows up at my door with my order in three boxes all with broken seals I call back to the store they gave free pizza that I may not ever claim because they use untrusted sources I would recommend calling domino's they average 20 to 40 min with there own delivery drivers
