Trash. Terrible delivery. Driver was bitter that they had to walk up to my hotel room even though they offer that as an option. Drinks were warm and the pizza was cold. One of the worst all around experiences I’ve ever had. Wish I could give 0 stars. Never again.Update: they also don’t know how to cut a pizza so I literally had to get a plastic knife and cut it. So bad it’s almost funny.
I place an ordered worth $55.00. Waited for 55mnts called to check on the status of my order and said that will take 20 more mnts, called back again and said that they had no drivers and said that door dash was going to pick up my order and deliver in the next 45mmts. So I told him to cancel the order and with no hesitation he did.I was very disappointed with James attitude. I wouldn't mind if they would've call me about no drivers I would have gone and pick up my order.
The pizza we had tonight was the worst pizza ever. I did a repeat order for an original crust the works. The crust was very crispy, not thin but not like the original and the toppings were skimpy. Looking for another pizza place.
Manager in charge, Patrick, was super pleasant and friendly. I had missed adding the discounts when I checked out online and Patrick caught it and updated my order to reflect the discounts at pickup. I am in corporate retail and know that customer service and experience is key to ensuring repeat customers and sales. Thanks Patrick!
Never have a problem with this place. Food arrives promptly and tastes great.
Delivery service and overall service at this location fell off a cliff. Order from anywhere else. I waited over an hour for delivery, later I found the greasy lukewarm boxes piled on my porch, not sure when they arrived because the delivery guy didn't even ring the doorbell or knock. Called to complain and they hung up on me.

Pizza was okay. No curbside pick up available at this location which is unfortunately but I understand. It is probably understaffed. Food wasn't bagged altogether and had to check with the worker before getting my own Sierra Mist out of the fridge lest it had been forgotten. I just wished it was all packed already so I could've just picked up and go but it's cool.
Great customer service and friendly staff. Food is always good and ready/delivered earlier than expected.
