Very Disappointment with service. I purchased a Family Feast and found out that one entree was missing after I got back home...I live around 8 miles away. I tried to reach them via call atleast 10 times and nobody picked up.The next day I called and spoke to their Manager who didnt even want to assist. SHe said, just come back and get it...I was like....is this how someone should respond for causing inconvenience to a customer!!!!!.. Anyways I went back yesterday and she gave the entree that I didnt get, with an attitude like I did something wrong and gave only 3/4th portion Very bad customer service!!!!!!
Bruh they literally only put three shrimp in my bowl and I still donated money. The disrespect
Staff is very nice and helpful. Lots of people in the reviews are saying things like it's slow or complaining because they're out of something. It's a Chinese restaurant, food takes time to cook and it takes time to make orders. And if you go to any job you are allowed to have a break so you can eat.
This place has gone downhill since pandemic. Half the menu items werent available and when I got home one of my orders was missing.
Man, this is tough. I had to return my entire meal today bc the rice smelled of mildew. This made me nervous to eat anything else. As we came back, another patron said the same thing. The guy behind the counter said it was a bad batch, well then why did it get served. 2nd then I over heard the same guy tell the other guy helping him cook to go wash the rice. No!The smell was like all the dishes had been washed with a dirty dish rag if you know that smell.The people were nice and returned our money.
The worst experience! They closed they’re dining room at 8pm and you can see a bunch of staff just eating and doing nothing. I was hungry so I decided to use the drive thru! Bad decision. took over 40 minutes to have something waiting in the line. This restaurant really needs an audit the staff is rude and lazy!
I REALLY like that I can get such a variety of food so quickly!! It's fast and has vegetables in it, I'm not limited to some variety of fries. General Tso's and Kung Pao chicken are delicious!
Theres a 15 minute wait line in the evening. Drive thru only. If you’re hungry, you will not be happy.
When I went 4 of their entries were not even available. They taste great but I was not given enough choices nor could I get what I want.
Try the Panda Nuggets. They taste just like chicken.
